I've had my Uplift desk for over 4 years at this point and have no issues with it, it works great and is very sturdy. I've had to contact customer support twice, and both times they were very punctual and helpful. The first issue was a very small part that I lost and asked if they could provide me a replacement. I worked with a CSA named Steven Bostic who was extremely prompt in helping me find the part and having it shipped to my house. I was pretty impressed with this because the part is very minor and inexpensive, yet they prioritized my request in a timely fashion.
The second was due to a faulty desk leg that wasn't moving my desk up properly. They sent me a new one and my issue was fixed within 1 week. That replacement has been going strong for 4 years now.
Overall, very happy with my purchase and I regularly suggest others consider their products.
I paid $320 for full installation of desk and components. Desk came in early August whereas monitor arms were delayed again and again, eventually delivered in November. I had to install the desk in the time being since it was in 3 large boxes taking up a lot of my living space. When arms finally arrived, Uplift was going to charge me another $175 to install them, claiming I shouldn't have installed the desk if I was still waiting for the arms. I found that to be disingenuous considering that it took another three months for the monitor arms to arrive and I would have had three huge boxes cluttering my living space all that time. They would only refund $30 (less than 10%) of the installation cost. I regret not having sent the whole kit and kaboodle back when the incomplete delivery arrived in August. Will never buy from Uplift again. Buyer beware.
Hi, I had a small issue with a desk (pilot error...) and couldn't figure out how to solve problem. Contacted Upliftdesk tech support and "Will" was super pleasant, quick, and found the solution. Simple quick, and pleasant. What else can you ask for (over and above using a fabulous motorized standing desk)! Thanks
Harper is amazing! Absolutely dynamite experience. Had a 120 degree desk and am converting to a regular rectangular one. Superbly helpful and could not be happier.
Timothy Flowler, a customer service representative for Uplift took a great deal of time to reslove my issue which dealt with a lost key to a file cabinet I previously pruchased from the company. It was a pleasure to work with, was very knowlegable, and worked to get the key shipped to me today. I was very pleased with the entire exchange.
I've been looking at standing desks for some time and decided to ger the Uplift 60" wide version. It is amazing!

You are getting the best in office desks with Uplift. And this isn't just about the quality of the desk and its accessories, the customer service and delivery of the product are also excellent. I ordered my desk and within a few days, my desk was shipped. Unfortunately, my desk was slightly damaged during delivery, but a quick email to customer support (Thank you Harper!) and Uplift was ready to credit me. I wish more consumer companies were like Uplift! Looking forward to making my next purchase with them.

We visited the store and placed an order on hold there after seeing/touching product. We went home, did some research, made some adjustments and sent those over to update the quote. The response was fast and purchasing was very easy.
The only (minor) issue was that the parts arrived in 2 shipments across 3 days and online status wasn't clear if/when they would show up.

Marianne was my customer service rep when my desk arrived damaged and I did not see within the 30 day return time due to travel. She was very understanding and helpful, and got the necessary approvals to ship me another part quickly! I appreciate her timeliness and promptness.
I received my desktop broken with a huge crack down the middle of the wood, and I called in the morning and got Marianne. She was extremely sweet and sympathetic to my situation and had a brand new desktop shipped to me within an hour of us talking. She handled this upsetting situation perfectly and it's because of her I will be a returning customer to uplift.
Harper in customer service was able to walk me through and help get all the most valuable accessories, ensuring I didn't waste money on extra stuff. He provided real world examples of what's actually important to have in standing desk WFH.

I have been helped by Samantha Cobb from UPLIFT. I received my desk as promised with a bit of delay by Fedex. UPLIFT communications were amazing and kept me in the loop on delivery date and time. I love my desk and really enjoy using it. I highly recommend it.
The most important thing to me was the service that I have received from Samantha. It is very hard to put my satisfaction about the service in wording. I have never seen anybody so responsive and polite as Samantha. She is extremely responsive and really is there to help and keep customers happy and help them as much as she can. People like Samantha, are a great asset to any company like UPLIFT and I will be back to UPLIFT for future orders because of her.

Answer: Very easy, as others have said. Avalon was available immediately via chat and also helped with quotes etc from her personal email. A nice change from the typical bots most sites have!
