I love my desk and recently I had an issue when moving it which required a reset. I no longer had my owners operating manual but had the phone number for customer service. I called and within 2 minutes I was speaking with Kayla. I explained my issue and within another 2 minutes she walked me through the process to reset the desk and all was right again. These days, having a live human on the phone that is knowledgeable, helpful, sympatric and patient is so rare. I'm grateful for Kayla and that Uplift Desks takes care of its customers as it does. Great desks that ship fast. The build quality seems good and the instructions are clear. However, one of the things that sold me was their warranty and customer support. Please be aware that their customer support is lacking and are unwilling to help with issues beyond a first or second cursory response.

Very pleased with customer service. I ordered a desk on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. Unfortunately, the desk top was damaged. I filed a warranty claim late Saturday. They offered me options and I chose a replacement on Tuesday morning. It shipped that afternoon. When accidents happen in shipping, I dread the hassle of getting it addressed. Steven Bostic at Uplift was extremely helpful. The process was painless and quick! I have not assembled the rest of the desk yet, but the hardware looks solid. I received an assembly video the day before delivery and it looks simple enough.
I am impressed each time I work with Uplift Desk for office furniture. From the quality of the material to the included extras, Uplift Desk always delivers a great product and value. The process model they have gets product out quickly, where others have significant lead times. I've ordered 2 or 3 times from uplift desk and each time I've interacted with the same customer support rep, Avalon. She's amazing! Her communication is quick. She's polite, patient and always willing to help. If it wasn't for her amazing service, I probably would've ordered from a competitor. I will order from uplift desk again if I need more desk accessories.
Good customer service experience I must say. I had to return the Pursuit Ergonomic Chair as I did not find it comfortable for a $400 ergonomic chair. I shipped it back using the prepaid label they provided, however the chair appears to be lost or stuck in transit.
My past experiences in such situations have not been great. I contacted Uplift via chat, I was asked to wait for few more days which I did. I contacted again, this time to be helped by Avalon Myst, she checked the details and escalated the case swiftly. She shared her official email to pursue the case further. I contacted over email a few days later and she promptly got my issue addressed with her team. Received the refund already:)

I ordered a desk one night and later that night decided I wanted to change something about it. I called first thing the next morning and the shipping department was already working on my order (testimate to their quick shipping), but unfortunately that meant my order couldn't be changed. Avalon made the process go so smoothly though and set up for me to return the item I wanted to change (upon arrival), and set up to send me the new pieces I wanted. She sent me a follow up email confirming everything we discussed, and when I had a question later she quickly resolved my concern. Thank you Avalon!
The desktop for my order was damaged during shipping. Follow-up by Uplift Desk's Danielle Breed was timely, courteous, and totally professional. She quickly resolved the problem by executing an order for a replacement top, which is on the way.
While I was disappointed that the damage occurred, all was made good and right by her great work.

I had a problem with my desk not being able to reset. My customer service representative, named Marianne Nissim very clearly walked me through the process of determining the problem. She explained that the controller needed to be replaced and indicated when it would arrive - approximately 3 days. Marianne was clear, professional, welcoming and helpful on every level. Thank you
I purchased the 4 leg V2 Uplift desk and a side table, along with some accessories. The website was very intuitive and easy to use, great communication throughout the order process.
Unfortunately FedEx failed to deliver the tabletops and claimed they were delivered. I contacted Uplift and Addison D reached out to me after contacting FedEx. We went back and forth for a few days waiting for FedEx to get their act together. When it was clear FedEx was not going to deliver, Addison sent out two new tabletops to me and they both arrived in 2 days. Addison checked to make sure I was well aware of the order status and checked in the following week after the delivery.
I failed to look at the product details on the monitor mounts I had ordered, my monitors were too heavy. Luckily the return process went really well and Tim F contacted me quickly with an RMA slip. Tim F also offered a discount on a set of monitor arms that could handle the weight of my monitors after giving me a few suggestions on what to order. Tim F answered all my questions on the return process and humanized the whole process.
Overall I have been incredibly impressed with the customer service that Uplift provides, on top of the high end desks they sell.

Double checking address to insure my order gets delivered correctly. Sadly my item was damaged during shipping. When reaching out to uplift customer service I was connected with Marianne. She was able to clear up this issue quickly with no hassle at all. It was such a relief to be met with such kindness and ease. Thank you Marianne and uplift!
I am really enjoying my new Uplift desk. It is well made, and it makes work more productive and makes me feel better throughout my day. I also was impressed with the Customer Service. Avalon was the sales associate that helped me out and she was wonderful to talk with and was very helpful. She got me taken care of quicky and painlessly, which I really appreciated. Definitely go with these guys, their products and customer service don't disappoint.
