Ornery customer service
December 23, 2025

If you want to change your address, you have to ridiculously fill out sheet of paper with all your accounts exactly as they tell you, take a picture of yourself holding it up, and submit it to them. If you want to change or stop your auto payments, you can't do it online but have to call them. Recently had my credit limits reduced to nothing despite a good payment history and payments being current.

Pi$$ poor card
April 2, 2023

This whole sh!tty shotty operation is a farce. How can you advertise that the applying for the card won't hurt your score but then after a year the company turned around and decreased the card balance based on my credit score (scam). I experienced nothing but problems since I received this card from the pits of hell. First they dangle a carrot in front of you with a mirage of a $7000 balance only to snatch some of the money back like Lucy holding the ball for Charlie Brown. Being a teacher I bit because I was home for the Summer in need of funds, (hindsight is 20/20). From day one since I've had this card I've experienced the following...

1. They put you through a jumping hoops process of showing them extra documents in order to get the increase
2. The payments start out affordable but then they hit you with the Big Kahunna of all payments after about 3 payments.
3. Outside purchases (inside job) being made on your card because their cyber security sucks.
4. I made a monthly payment of about $200 dollars and noticed that I didn't get an emailed receipt but the next day I received an email stating thank you for your $4000 payment. It took me several days to get back my money and overdraft fees removed. They then tried to make it look like I chose the wrong button when making the payment.
5. The latest episode was where I got an email stating that they had decreased my credit limit. I called and all the agent could do was refer me back to that bogus email they sent me (typical).
In closing I've said all of that to say this, If you want to apply for this *******@ppy card and deal with this piss poor company by all means. But my final word to you is to avoid this fools gold like the plague and protect your energy. It's not even worth it.
