I hired U-Pack out of Ft Smith, Arkansas to move my personal possessions from state to state and made sure it was covered by insurance.
Their driver proceeded to wreck the moving truck destroying my antiques and causing extensive damage throughout the entire 26 foot load.
U-Pack then flatly refused to honor the insurance coverage claiming there was "no proof" that their driver was at fault.
Although 68 photos of my irreparable/irreplaceable antique furniture would prove otherwise!
I won my lawsuit against them but that couldn't undo the damage already done to my antiques.
U-Pack is a highly unethical and unprofessional company.
If you entrust them with your valuables you will undoubtedly regret it.
