Do not bother to buy anything from Yugster. They claim to be give you a genuine items but you will receive the fake & crap items like they advertised Monster HD pack and items showed up was poor quality chinese fake stuff with Mosnter instead of Monster logo.
Once again, It is all crap and fake & outdated stuff you are going get from Yugster. Avoid at all costs
The last few times I purchased I found these same items on Amazon for less. Items are often knockoffs so buyer be very aware.
I have been buying from Yugster for several years. I have received great deals, Apple Computers, bulk batteries(Duracell), an Apple Watch at a fraction of the cost. All the items are new or factory refurbished. I have rarely been disappointed and when I have, they quickly make it right. A quality company with quality people, just down the road from me here in Utah.

I bought a jawbone up 3 weeks ago. When I received the item it was broken and incomplete. I could have called the customer service and ask for the rest of the items but I just don't want to waste my time dealing with this people. My advice, stay away from this company!

In all that time, I have had one problem with an item. Yugster addressed that problem immediately & solved it completely.
The Yugster's Junk Box, which comes out periodically, is like an extra Christmas. It is filled with at least 5 really cool items. No "junk" received to date.
They need to learn how to speak with customers! Nichole from customer service was very rude in her email to me when there was confusion regarding my order. Thankfully my order was never placed, and I will be giving my business elsewhere!
Yugster has been my "go to" site for several years for all kinds of electronic goods from computers to flashlights. Plus they have a very interesting variety of other products offered below big box store prices, from men's socks to women's sport bras, and including drapes, binoculars, knives, gun cases, drones, jewelry etc, etc., etc. Naturally not all products have met with expectations, or have arrived undamaged, but the Yugster customer service has always made good on the Yugster satisfaction promise. I recommend this site 100%, and regularly refer by word of mouth to people looking for things.

Things like solar lights for outside, electronics, kitchen essentials, and pet supplies are priced much lower for the same name brand that you'd get elsewhere. I definitely recommend using them.
