I have had fun buying items at a great price. Some times I get great stuff on the Junk Box but sometimes I do not. You never know what you will get.
Great value for your money. Electronics great, but good values in other areas also. Must have site for the gadgeteer.

The latest Junk box was of nothing that was of interest to me. One of the six(?) valuable items was a single tooth brush worth about a quarter.

Never had issues with Yugster. Sure it can take a couple weeks to ship out items. Who cares you're getting things for a huge discount and cheap shipping. I've never had products just up and break either. I'm always happy to see the daily items in their email.

Usually I don't have an issue with Yugster but I just recently ordered a Sony 4K Upscaling 3D Blu-ray Player with Wi-Fi & Smart Streaming Apps, Got it, hooked it up and it doesn't work Emailed them with a request to please send me a replacement at the time they were still in stock. Got some email saying they got my request and I will be contacted in a day or two, it's been over a week still nothing now the item is out of stock so I send another request told them to send me a return ticket and refund me and they still are not replying. Usually I get a fast response etc this time they have failed in their customer service. I have placed over 60 orders since joining, This is one of those things that will make me less likely to order from them again. Smarten up Yugster bad customer service is the downfall of a lot of online retailers!
Always find things I dont really need but want at a good price. Delivery is fast. Havent received any damaged items yet, always in good shape
I've spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with Yugster, and I've literally never been let down. Even with the two issues I've had, customer support took care of me quickly and professionally.
The item is an outdoor camera. I purchased that along with another camera on October 19th. Immediately, I realized that outdoor camera was defective and contacted Yugster to have it refunded or replaced. Today is 12/14/17, and I have been given the run around until about two weeks ago, when they just quit replying altogether. I have requested a refund through Paypal but have gotten nowhere through that either. I am contacting the BBB today. I'm not going to stop until a refund has been given to me. This company is fraudulent and run by thieves and that aspect needs to be known by anyone considering a purchase.
Customer Service at Yugster will lie to you about products. After reading other reviews on here I am glad they supposed ran out of the item I ordered. I had contacted them several times to cancel my order and was told it had been processed and couldnt be canceled but after contacting PayPal it was suddenly out of stock.
