If you are looking for computer hardware, this is a great source for refurbished items. I bought an HP laptop from them that actually still had several months of warranty from HP on it. It's been an excellent laptop, and a great buy.

I've been ordering their products for a few years. The customer service is awesome and the products are great. Love purchasing the junk boxes because it's like getting a bunch of different gifts because you have no clue what's in the box until you open it. Some things you like and use and some you don't but you can always gift it out or give to someone that will use it
Purchased from them hundreds of times and was always satisfied. Had to speak to them twice about a DOA product and another that failed within the warranty. They took care of the issues quickly and to my satisfaction.
I found this to be a credible site after my first couple of purchases through Yugster. They changed name but not quality of items.

Each box has a variety of different items. At least one item in each box covers the cost of the box. The rest of the items are all worth a decent amount. The only issue is you don't always know what an item is.

Bought a watch in early February for Valentines Day present. Thought it was the battery. Jeweler said no.
Contacted. DAYS of back and forth emails asking for photos of box and watch. They then asked if I wanted return or replacement. Asked for replacement. More emails back and forth.
When I asked about status (now 3 weeks) they told me to send to mfr for warranty.
I haven't heard from them since I asked why I wasn't told this in the beginning.

I have been a very loyal customer of Until Gone for a while. I have spent thousands with this company, and it seemed often I was always running into issues with product or service. I had broken products delivered from them and not responded to for over two weeks and it was a Christmas present given and waiting to be fixed, I had to on numerous occasions reach out and remind the company to ship me my items. The worst issue was when I purchased multiple "junk boxes" that they state are a bunch of random items thrown in a box for you to purchase as a mystery. I waited over a week to receive it and nothing, I had to reach out AGAIN and ask for them to send my purchases, which they threw all three junk boxes into one box (they were purchased seperate for a reason) and then duplicated 5 things and sent them in multiples. When I reached out to them and asked them to maybe swap because I had 3 chalkboards and batteries they said... you snooze you lose. I understand things happen, I also understand you need to take care of your customer when you have not done what you stated. I now have ended my buying with unitl gone As there may be discounts, many of their items hae come faulty, incorrect or they just dont make it right. Just not worth the discount. Myself and another have already found Brads deals. Very good and I have used them for a while as well and have never had an issue. www.bradsdeals.com has daily deals they comb the whole web for. They always back up their goods
Placed order on Jan 22nd, was to be delivered on Jan 29. Then moved to the 31st
Still waiting as of Feb, 2. E-Mailed them to find out where it was, and all they did was sidestep the question. They shipped via DHL it sat in NJ for 5 days before being shipped
They say it was tendered to USPS for delivery. USPS states they have not received any package. I have called them to complain and are still waiting for a reply.
