Found all the colors I needed. Had some trouble getting the order to go but customer service quickly told me what I was missing and it went so easy when I fixed that.

I prefer Isacord thread for my embroidery so I was excited to be able to stock up with larger spools of my favorite colors. The price I received was far better than any other place I shopped. Thanks for great service, too.

Your website is a little difficult to use. I knew the numbers of the Isacord I wanted but it was not made clear which number I should put in the quick order form. I put the thread numbers and that didn't work. I scrolled through all the threads adding them to my cart 1 at a time and the going back and forth from page to cart was cumbersome. I love Isacord thread, though, and I love the sale prices. Thank you!

No problems

I got one spool that wasn't Madeira that should have been. I'm not sure if I selected wrong thing on my phone or wrong item was shipped. I intended for it to be all Madeira thread.

I asked for help in choosing some thread colors and the support staff was very helpful and friendly.

Love the Madeira Poly neon thread! Shopped here before and will continue to. Love your website! I only wish that the shipping was cheaper. A lot of my embroidery friends won't pay this much shipping charges.
