Great transaction
The message popping up about free shipping gets annoying after the first time.
First buying experience. So far I'm pleased.
A couple days after my purchase some items went on sale. I called back to see if they would credit me the differance. They said no. I am disappointed.
Very frustrated trying to log in to my account. Tried changing password and could not access account. Had to use a secondary email in order to process order. Unfortunately, it's Saturday, so help was not available...but I'm also happy to see that your company gives a weekend of rest!
***Amended: Great help on Monday morning when I called customer service. I was able to revise my order and received my shipment by Friday. Great service!
