I called to confirm over night shipping and the female I spoke with had taken the initiative to make it happen for me already without me having to speak to her. She had to go beyond the typical to do it. I can't say enough good about her or the company. I will always go to them first. ThankYou!

I have ordered from United Threads several times. My orders have always arrived on time and without any issues. Great Customer Service.
Great product! Shipping charges are high for the amount of time you have to wait to get a order of thread!
Other than that I'm happy
It was excellent
The order email showed my larger and smaller items all under one tracking number. The smaller items showed up and that tracking number showed delivered. Messaged support about it and never got an answer. Larger item showed up via a different carrier a few days later so I got everything. I just never got notified of the other tracking number or got a response back on my inquiry.
