I bought a mighty hoop. I liked the free shipping for first time order. Only thing is that it took some time to get shipped. When I called I was told that they were waiting for to come from where they get it. They were very nice on the phone. So only thing maybe let people know when an order is delayed. Otherwise happy with my hoop and will order again.

Excellent service. Order held up be cause of a backorder, but somehow your e-mail asking what I wanted to do never came through. (I check my junk mail every day.) This caused a huge delay for my business, but when I called it was shipped immediately. Thank you.
