I was about to order through another supplier and saw United Thread. Same product but much better price. Can't beat that! I will return to United Thread in the future.
United was good and I'll use again most likely. Ordered several products. Hated that one product delayed caused my whole shipment to delay. I agreed to receive a lesser replacement product and although they told me I yhink price was the same, I felt they should have cut me a break all in all. But they did call me personally to explain what was happening. We'll try again soon. PS...their Isacord thread is priced really well in comparison to others. 5000 meter spools.

Enjoyed getting free shipping on my first order with this company. Shipping cost is a concern to me being a senior citizen. Getting free shipping made my order possible. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have made the purchase. The young lady I spoke with was very cooperative and friendly. Informed me of the free shipping. I hope the company considers making free shipping available on purchases over $50.00. More affordable to senior citizens that live on a fixed income.

Received my order packed very well and prices were good.
I ordered some product on January 27,2023 it is now February 14,2023 still have not received my product. Causing delay in making product for my customers they did not get their valentines gifts made and I had to refund them their money back. I received a call stating they were out of white 3d puff ok cool fine no worries replace it with black. I emailed asking where my order was they said it was sent out and it's delayed because of whether I know the weather across isn't that bad very disappointing and frustrating not sure if I will return yet.
I was disappointed with shipping this time. It took two weeks to get from Florida to California and I had to pay shipping. There was no way to track the package from the e-mail they sent to me.
All arrived in a timely manner and order was correct
I thought the thread would be brighter but it was beautiful on the completed design.
Our embroiderer orders enough thread that there should be 6 in each box and not laying individually. When they are not the thread is coming off and tangled. Please
Put all thread in boxes.
UPS left package on porch and it rained all day. The box was soaking wet.
Next time I will leave instructions to have them delivered after 3PM when someone can be home to receive it.
