I hired United Regions Van Lines for a long distance move (price of $4,400). They delived my property on May 23,2023 and the the same day I realized a travel bag with ~$4,000 worth of ski equipment was MISSING. I informed Customer Service immediately and have been checking in on a weekly cadence to see if they were able to locate my missing travel bag. Each time I contacted Customer Service they told me they had no update and NO EFFORT had been made to look for the missing bag. After a FULL MONTH of no updates from the business, I resorted to filing a claim with my insurance company to get reimbursed for the STOLEN items. To do this, the insurance company asked me to file a POLICE REPORT claiming THEFT against United Regions Van Lines. Victim information notice is attached in this complaint along with photo of the missing travel bag. Please return my travel bag/ski equipment ASAP.

My grandparents' decision to transition into a retirement home and downsize was a significant event, and it was my brother who recommended URVL for the moving process. At first, I was a bit apprehensive as I was unfamiliar with them and also had a general unease about strangers handling our personal belongings. In fact, it took a lot of persuasion before I could agree to the idea. Choosing which items to pack, recycle, or donate felt like navigating through an emotional storm. I was also concerned that our uncertainty and emotional turmoil might delay their work, yet they were surprisingly efficient, adhering to their timeline. In retrospect, I'm pleased we chose to employ their services. They executed the job excellently.

Sometimes I can get very forgetful, i told someone on the team this and they took their time to label the boxes with each item that ws in it. Now if that isnt thriving for customer saitisfaction, i honestly dont know what is. I never really thouhght id like the moving experience but United regions made it stress free and i think thats what made me enjoy it. Great experience
