Never ever again! One out of 4 sets I could use. The other 3 were so thin and long although all of them the same Cherokee pants I went to return them and found that the return would cost more than the delivery... with less items. I called and told them there was a flaw and they could have cared less. Buyer beware!

My school is using this company and they have been nothing but grief! Sent me a scrub top with the wrong writing on it, then tried to correct the order and sent me a top three sizes too small... I've been calling and emailing, have spent hours on the phone and still, they have not re-sent the order which was originally placed in May! It's now the end of August and my class starts this week! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased four sets of scrubs (tops and pants). Three of the four pairs of pants fit perfectly. The fourth was way off, like someone sewed together a medium and small pant leg. Sent them back. Received a pair with the same exact issue (could have even been the same set). I only need these for eight weeks of fieldwork. Here we are halfway through. Sent this set back with a note and they didn't bother to reach out. Refunded my money, which I am happy about, but I can tell they don't care at all about how anyone feels about their products and service.
The items I still have are of poor quality. Already falling apart and I've only been wearing them for four weeks. Never again!

I cancelled some items from an order and received a refund in under 4 weeks. Later I returned two items because their sizing was incorrect, and confirmed they received them on 3/30. It is now 5/12, and my refund of $37 is still "processing". I regret requesting gift cards for UA.

I ordered an embroidered lab coat and they screwed up the embroidery. Did my title in upper and lower case (which anyone with a title would NEVER enter it that way). Refused to refund or allow me to return the coat. Offered me free embroidery, but wanted to charge me for an entire new coat. Seriously? I just spent 50 dollars for a lab coat I can't wear. Will not be ordering from this company again.

On November the 8th I sent in a request for 47 jackets, their sizing, and the embroidery to be done. Please keep in mind I requested this over a month in advance for any hiccups that could possibly occur. It is not December 8th, they HELD my BILLABLE account and never processed the order I found out when I called to check ETA of all my jackets. Now, come December 15th at our company Christmas party I will have none! So much for being organized and proactive with more than advance notice and time! They did this last year as well per our clinical manager so a big shout out to UA for driving your customer else where to spend $2,000. Off to Read's I go!
Placed an order 11/11/17. Cancelled it today 11/21/17. Company use to be awesome. Based on this time around they have gone downhill. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I work with to stay far away.
Bought a really cute XS scrub top - saw some reviews stating the sizing is a bit big but wasn't expecting anything too drastic. In reality, the XS 100% looks like it is actually sized as an XL. Total waste of my time and money. They charged $5 to ship it to me, yet expect me to pay $9 for return shipping on a total $12 order (scrub + shipping) if I want to return it for a refund. Complete rip off.
I received my order sooner than expected. I ordered 2 appliqued scrub tops in deep rich colors. However, they ended up being pastel and dingy colored. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
I lucked out 2 yrs ago when I ordered my scrubs from this site bc they fit great. This time however theyre horribly oversized boxy & unattractive. Im so tired of companies constantly catering to plus size ppl & not petites. Not everyone is tall & overweight.
Just like a previous reviewer stated, placed a $500+ order online, never received a confirmation or order number. Was told it never went through. Luckily, no funds were taken from our account, but will definitely be monitoring our accounts just in case! I have an order confirmation page with no order number, and was given no answers or reason as to why it didn't go through. Unacceptable service for such a large order.
Ordered over $500 over two weeks ago. I keep getting told 'it will go out tomorrow expedited shipping'. Then today i live chatted and was told some of the items are unavailable. Are you kidding me! I have ordered for several years from them, but I wont anymore. As for there 10% inconvenience refund- that $5 doesn't do me a bit of good when we need our scrubs! What is the point of putting contact information if the company has no intention of using it! Obviously there management needs an overhaul!
I ordered from them online and then noticed that over a week later they had not shipped. Since I needed my scrubs for work, I canceled that order and placed a different one somewhere else. Well, 4 days later, I notice that they've charged my card and shipped out the order. I called customer service and demanded a refund. They did refund my shipping costs right away, but it's been three weeks since I returned the merchandise and they still have not refunded my money. I've never had an online shopping experience like this, and because I'll never order from here again, I likely won't again.
TL; DR: Stay away
Ordered online, UA Butter soft stretch. First, fabric is cheap barely any stretch. Very disappointed but you get what you pay for with this brand. Ordered a MED which in every other brand I have ever purchased fits fine, these are MORE like Large size. $270 and they said I have to pay for the return shipping? I called to find out if I can exchange at a local UA store and the answer is NO. Not a problem, they don't get my $$$ again.
I was sceptical at first after I read the reviews and placed my order wanted a full refund but I have them a chance and they fit very well the waist is nice and thick not bad at all for the price and shipping was exceptionally good I have made a second purchase from them trying their jackets let's see how that goes I would recommend this site to friends
