I ordered some scrubs from uniform advantage as the styles were a bit different and different. The material was very thick and uncomfortable. The size was not quite right for me. To make a return You have to go the return portal. This creats a DHL label. Here is the catch. I was charged £45 which will be deducted from my refund. This leaves me totally out of pocket. I contacted the agent who said you can return via any means. The website is not clear on any of this when looking at the return policy. I ordered from the UK from the U.S. So people be careful.
The scrubs themselves are fine. They're fairly comfortable and the colors are cute. I've had a hard time finding the right size. I ordered five sets of scrubs in a size large. They were a little big, but not so big that I was sure that a medium wouldn't be too small. So, I ordered 5 sets in a medium. I didn't want to exchange because I wasn't sure I wouldn't want to keep the large after I'd tried on both. It turns out the medium fit better, but now I have to pay $11 to return the large sets. I'm in the same boat with the mediums. I ordered petite length. They are slightly too short. I'd like to try mediums in regular length to see if that looks better, but I don't want to exchange all of them only to decide the regular length is too long and looks worse. However, if I order new pants so I can compare, I'll have to pay to return the pants I decide not to keep. Likewise, I may have to pay to ship and to return them because I don't remember the threshold for free shipping to start with. Anyway, in the end, I'm having to pay this company for the opportunity to try on their items to the tune of at least $22, if not more. That's absurd. I won't purchase from UA again and I won't recommend them. Companies who market online need to understand the importance of free and easy returns.

First of all, I love the material of this vest. However the previous style was much more functional and the fit was shorter. This vest came with a removeable hood and was longer. Why a hood on a uniform? Dumb. I needed a good vest, so I threw the hood away.

I have bought 3 pairs of trousers size S and paid £97.78 with £18 delivery to UK. A quality was good but all items too large. I wear normally size S/M and ordered size S. However it was far too large so I returned it. The company deducted £55.27 exactly from my refund, which is more than 50% of the amount I paid! I have contacted the company and they offer me…10% discount for next purchase within a week. Is it a joke?! The company is simply loosing international customers. Definitely do not recommend to anyone who is international customer, especially as there are other companies in USA who do free international shipping to UK! I definitely won't buy from UA Uniform Advantage and don't think that any of my other colleagues will. What a shame as I said, the quality seems to be good.

I ordered scrub pants and paid for FedEx Next Day delivery, they sent the package via USPS. I reached out and they apologized and refunded my shipping cost. I ordered the same pants again with FedEx Next Day delivery, and again they sent the package via USPS. I needed these pants to attend clinicals for a class I paid $600 for, and without the pants I could not attend, resulting in me failing the class and not being able to get my CNA license and forfeiture of the $600 I paid for the class, which I told them. They responded and asked me to verify my address, which had my physical address listed first and my P.O. Box listed in address line 2, and they insinuated that because I had also put my PO Box address that was the reason it was sent via USPS even though I paid for FedEx Next Day delivery("Kindly enter only a physical address on future orders if you want it to be expedited with an expedited shipping method.") It doesn't matter if there is also a P.O. Box address listed on the 2nd address line, if I have paid for FedEx Next Day delivery, that is how it should be sent. They did not refund my shipping cost for FedEx Next Day delivery on my second order until I asked them. I will not be shopping with them again.

I was leery about if the butter soft stretch jogger scrub pants would fit me to my liking. I am extremely picky about how my pants fit and look on me. I ordered two pairs of them. I put them on and I was very satisfied. They fit perfectly and I was relieved. They weren't to tight or to loose. I have ordered 3 more pairs of the same style in different colors and I hope when they arrive they are just as perfect as the other two pairs.
I ordered 3 Clinic coats from Uniform Advantage and had them embroidered. The coats were mad in Bangladesh and are so flimsy that the dry cleaner starch did not stiffen up the material. It looks very unprofessional and the coats are unusable. Customer Service told me the fabric changes through the year and offered 10% 0n my next order. No Thank you. Poor quality/Poor Customer Service.

They double charge your card. 1st when order is placed then because you have embroidery which they charged me 138.00 for 2 shirts just for the embroidery. Then they will charge your card again on the day that you approve it.
They tell you o the 1st charge is pre auth it doesnt go through o yes it does my order was a little over 400.00 got charges 2x so 800.00 Then they tell you o you have to wait 7-10 days for the one charge to drop off. So make sure you have money in your account if you are going with them. This will be the last time I order from them period!

When I was a phlebotomist I bought uniform from this company. Great value and quality of the scrubs. I do enjoy the wide variety of brands, colors, styles, and fabrics. So, I spent 227 USD to purchase uniforms from this company. The uniforms arrived on time with all the cheap materials. Sized one size bigger. The large is an XL, and the materials are cheap and see-through. I decided to return it, and I am charged for the return. On top of that, I am only refunded a certain amount of money. I requested for an exchange, and they said oh, we are sending you a link to exchange the uniforms, which never came. I am only giving them some time to work on my refund, and if that does not happen, I will report them to my credit card company, and they will refund the money. People, if you need your money back, go through your credit card bank and ask for a refund.

I purchased three scrub tops all the same size, although different brands. One fit well, the others at least one size too large. This is despite checking the size guide before ordering. Return shipping from Australia for the two tops will be $50, which is more than the scrubs cost as were on sale.
I would NOT recommend purchasing if any chance product is wrong size (size guide has no correlation to the reality of the product received)

Bought the Buttersoft pants and top. The only soft part is the waist band on the pants. Wish i could exchange the top for a different size, but would be at a cost of $10 on a $27 item because I would need to pay postage to send the item back and pay it again to receive just the exchanged size. It is difficult to gage sizes on a first time purchase from a company not tried before. Wish there was some leniency with first time purchasers on the postage.

I have ordered 2 items recently and had to return them due to not being the correct size. I paid shipping to have the items shipped to me, but if the item doesn't fit, you have to pay more shipping to ship it back, which results in you not getting much of a refund. You lose alot of money returning items. Therefore, I will start using another uniform company since they don't charge me to return something.

"Butter Soft Stretch"? Not soft, not stretchy AT ALL, cheapest fabric - so cheap and chintzy you can actually SEE THROUGH it. I can clearly see the outline of my white bra under pink scrubs. The fabric is stiff and papery- I thought it might get better with washing. The only thing that changed was the pants shrank so much I can't even get them on. Because I washed them, now I can't return them. Tell you what guys, I have YEARS of nursing ahead of me and dozens and dozens of nurse friends. Every single one of them is going to hear about what crappy, cheap, rip-off scrubs you make. So, how's that lying working out for you? And also, all those 5 star reviews on your site have to be FAKE, because A) there's no place for me to leave a review and B) there's no way in hell these cheap $#*! paper scrubs are getting 5 star reviews from real nurses.

I was really looking forward to their pants. The pictures led me to think that they were a well tailored and fitted. I carefully followed the measurements in the size chart and ordered a medium. It was a risk considering I am from Canada, that I got the correct size as it wouldn't be easy to correct an error. Size medium was FAR from fitted for me even though the size chart recommended it. The legs and bum are very loose and the crotch hangs. I am so disappointed. I spoke with customer service and there was ZERO willingness to help correct the issue. Some of the worst customer service policies I have ever come across. Complete waste of money. Don't waste your time.

Do not order from them! The same scrubs I have been ordering from for years shrank after the first wash. Washed them how they were instructed. They won't give me my money back only a 10% coupon for my "neat visit" which expires in a week.
I will never shop from them again. Going to Mandela scrubs who are half the price for what Uniform advantage charges.

These charts indicate the actual body measurements (not garment measurements) that correspond to each size, so if you know your own measurements, you can choose the best size to order. Keep in mind, though, that, individual preferences as to how close to the body the clothes should fit also influence which size is the right one in each particular case. We always recommend that you try your purchased items on before washing them, just in case they would need to be exchanged for another size. Often our pants (and occasionally skirts, dresses, or other garments) will be available in Petite or Tall in addition to regular length.
