I've never bought anything from Uniform Advatage before but I have won a contest and let me tell you, they are legit! Got the products super fast and the scrubs were so so comfy and soft by light fabric like I love! Definitely worth a buy!

Uniform Advantage is the only company to sell ankle length scrub skirts and they are fantastic. I am very happy with the customer service. As long as I have been shopping here I only had one issue and they fixed it right away.

I live in a rural area with the closest place to buy quality scrubs being over an hour away. So I figured I'd order from this company since their catalogs kept getting left in the break room at work.
I ordered two Buttersoft sets and a pullover hoodie scrub top. The Buttersoft Collection is AWFUL! Every bit of lint sticks to them, and they are most certainly NOT true to size. I've been wearing scrubs for 22+ years. These run small in the pants, HUGE in the tops.
The black set looks terrible the moment it comes out of the dryer. After wearing them to work a few times, I threw the top and pants in the trash. I was constantly covered in lint! I also ordered another set in a dark teal color, following the company's suggested pants to match the top. The color is noticeably off, they don't match. Same color name, same brand, same fabric. And the pants are too small, the top is huge.
As for the pullover hoodie scrub top, I never even got to wear it. I washed it before wearing it and it came out of the dryer with the seams on the arms (at the shoulders) coming out. I'm talking about 4 inches of the seams coming undone.
The quality of these products is disappointing! I mentioned the problems I had with them at work and my coworkers all had the same complaints about the quality of Uniform Advantage's brand "Buttersoft".
I tried to review the items I purchased on their website, but I can't find that option anywhere.
I have included a photo of the pants with the lint stuck to them (they're clean, washed only with other pairs of black scrubs, and yes, I used fabric softener) and a photo of the pullover hoodie where the seams have come out after one wash and having never been worn.
I have never been disappointed with anything I've gotten from this site, and will continue to order!
Got my sketcher scrubs love them. Super comfy love the way they move with me not restricting at all they wear well no pilling. They are light weight if you get cold easily they are thin.

Uniform Advantage processed my order professionally. The weak link is UPS ZA that handles clearing etc.
I missed their call and then spent a week trying to reach them.
The staff don't answer the phone or respond to email enquiries promptly.
I would love to order more, but unfortunately UPS ZA service puts a real damper on the experience.
I love finding good bargains on scrubs and other goodies. They have a variety of brands too! 10/10 would recommend

Thank you for ordering from Uniform Advantage. I was truly saddened to see you experienced quality issues with your merchandise. I wish I knew exactly what styles you purchased and had problems with so I could address that directly. The photos you attached seem to show that at least one of the garments is in the Butter-Soft Stretch line, but we I’m not sure if they all were. That information matters because we carry several lines of Butter-Soft items, each with its own fabric composition and cut/sizing characteristics.
Regardless of the specific garments in question, however, at Uniform Advantage we stand by the quality of our merchandise, and when something is not as expected, we definitely want to make it right. If you are open to this, please send me your contact details so that I may research your order and reach out to you personally.
Customer reviews of any particular item can be seen at the bottom of that garment’s web page, but you are correct in that there is no link there to directly submit a review. We send each customer an email asking for reviews a few days after their order has shipped. Please check your spam folder for such a message; hopefully you will find it there and be able to submit your honest evaluation of the garments in question.
I’m so sorry you’ve had sizing issues. It can certainly be a challenge to find the right fit for clothes purchased online. Sizing will be different based on brand, line, fabric, and cut of the piece. For this reason, every garment that we sell has its own (corresponding to that one particular item) “Size Chart & Fit Guide” right on the item page of our website. This chart indicates the actual body measurements that correspond to each size, and it’s intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size to order. I’m not sure if the sizes you ordered were based on what you saw in this information, but we do recommend consulting the Size Chart & Fit Guide for every garment prior to submitting your purchase.
Of course, personal preference on how we like our scrubs to fit is also important for determining sizing, and sometimes it’s only by trial and error that we find clothes online that fit the way we need and want them to. At Uniform Advantage we strive to make returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. We do require, however, that items sent back to us be in original condition (unwashed/unworn) and with the tags attached. I’m very concerned about the color issue and seam problem you mentioned. Items in the same line should definitely match exactly, and of course no seam should ever look like the one in the photo. I’d definitely like to research this more to see exactly what has happened.
