Transaction dated 09-22-2023 and on 09-27-2023 I asked for a refund because there was an urgent family need. Even though the website says refund before 14 days. Please for umobix to process the refund because I need the money.

My daughter had her phone stolen and in a midnight panic I looked for a tool aside from Apple Find myiphone to help locate the device. I stumbled across UMOBIX and signed up for the cheap trial thinking this may help my daughter. I quickly found the tool didn't do what I needed it to. Two days later a months subscription was taken from my credit card. I queried this and asked for a full refund as I hadn't used the service and had made a genuine error signing up. I then get sent a very long refund policy explaining they can't offer me a refund. I explained that they could but chose not to. I accept that I signed up but asked for some common sense and fairness, but they declined. Faceless companies that hide behind their refund policies really irritate me and no doubt if you have issues along the way, they will pull out their rule book and not do the right thing. I've no idea whether their product is any good or not but you can tell a lot about a company about how they deal with situations like this. They chose rules and policies over fairness and doing the right thing. The dollar amount is immaterial. I made a mistake and they chose a quick $60 instead of being reasonable. I'll never use them. I'll share my story wherever I see the opportunity to comment. Looks like I'm not the only one reading their online reviews. Buyer beware.

It has been days trying to reinstalled the device but I have no luck. I remember DAVID JONES assisted me and solved my issues and again he made it easy, very nice, knowledgeable and have patience to assist. HE HAS THE QUALITIES OF providing a great service to your customer. A JOB WELL DONE ONCE AGAIN DAVID JONES. I cannot thank you enough making my day now I can do other things Take Care.

Frustrating experience. Getting a refund is extremely challenging. Unable to log in. Subscription canceled but no refund.

Very useful app and program for tracking activity on the device you want to track. I was surprised that they helped me set up everything and sent me a lot of videos thank you for your support and understanding. I also really liked the option to track messages.

Is a simple app for ok dudes who follow chicks and want to know who's messing around and where.

This company is insane. I hope everyone reads this review, especially IPhone users. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SEE ANY INFORMATION IN REAL TIME. You have to backup the device you are "spying" on daily. Backups and logging into their website and entering credentials plus 2fa code is the only way you will get any type of "log" for any of the apps listed. That's, IF, their VPN holds up and you are able to use it.

They will do anything at all costs to keep your money and not issue a refund. Coincidentally they only offer 1 year subscriptions to be purchased for $150.

If you are having this type of trouble PLEASE reach out. I'd be more than happy to help you get your money back.

I wanted to try this srvice ans ssubscribed but by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.
They refused to to issue a refund. Wery acammy by them. They wanted to keep money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.
Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me...Shame on them

It's not just a scam, they will sell your information on the dark web. They don't use an actual app that you can install on your phone. They used your browser and asked you to setup a vpn that will transfer all your personal info to their systems. If you have issues with using the system and ask for a refund, they will sell your info on the dark web.

Un gros plus est la possibilité d'allumer le microphone et la caméra en temps réel. L'application dispose également du meilleur tracker WhatsApp.

I really love the Spyzzz app. It shows you everything the other person has looked at on the target device, even if it's been deleted. I had to contact customer service due to it wasn't updating. My customer service rep Alexa was great. She really knows what she's doing. Spyzzz provides a great product, but reps like Alexa makes it even better.

Not only does it track everything but the customer service is excellent, they will make sure you are satisfied!
