I have ordered a few essays from them. Most of them were of satisfactory quality, not the best quality as they claim on their website. I had to spend extra time editing the essays, lots of grammatical & spelling mistakes which they should work on. I had an issue with a couple of essays:
I paid ~£150 for an assignment to be completed, with a deadline of 10 days. When the deadline arrived, I had received an incomplete paper. I contacted the writer and customer support, who apologised and asked for 24 more hours for the writer to complete it. After 24 hours, the paper was again incomplete and the area of focus was ignored again even after clear instructions were given. The paper was not to a good standard either. It seemed to me that the writer's first language was not English, as there were several grammatical mistakes.
There was another paper where the writer misinterpreted one of the sections in the brief, so had written it incorrectly. The brief was very clear but still, the paper was not revised to the standard. I was very frustrated when all this happened close to the deadline.
I requested a refund for both the papers. For the first one, they tried to fob me off with discounts first but I had to negotiate till they refunded me 50% of my payment as a credit in my account which means I was bound to order an assignment with them. For the second one, they have done the same and I am currently exchanging emails and negotiating, have a strong feeling my money is wasted again. Very disappointed with their refund policy. They should come up with sensible resolutions. A 15% discount voucher for your next assignment is no way a resolution for something you messed up at for a customer when you claim to fully refund on delivering below standard papers.

I had a horrible experience. Asked for a dissertation at Masters level. Went through two different writers, both of whom were clearly not native English speakers. Grammar and sentence structure was horrific. The paper did not read correctly, did not accomplish what I asked for, and then I was only given a 50% refund when only a quarter of the paper was complete. Do yourself a HUGE favour and DO NOT BOTHER, write your own or find another company.
