Apologies for last 'good' response, i meant 'bastards', they have ripped us off. We purchased 2 tickets to see Muse back in June. Clearly, we were concerned when with 2 days to go no tickets had arrived. We were supposed to fly to Rotterdam this morning to see concert tomorrow night. They have cost us concert tickets, two return flights and a hotel reservation, about £500 so far and they are still trading as UKTC, unbelievable, something has to be done to eliminate this orgnaisation. Bought tickets, waited and emailed 1 week before delivery when they would be issued. Was confident as website look official and received lots of follow up emails for future concerts. However my email was not responded to and I began to worry. Received a reply email explaining that they were let down by suppliers 1 day before concert and that they will refund the cash. Have emailed to request date when I will be refunded, however have been to my bank and asked them to investigate and they are refunding the cash direct to me. My bank has advised that my money was paid into an account in hungry. Nothing to do with the UK at all. Avoid these company! They are scamming us.
Having purchased two tickets on the 7th August 2009 for a concert on the 17th October, I had not received the tickets even on the day before the event was to take place. After several e-mails (no other contact details given) I received a reply stating that their supplier had let them down and no tickets were available. I was told that a full refund would be made to my credit card account. After 28 days of waiting, still no refund!
I have explained the situation to my credit card company and they have reassured me that I'm protected by the card and my account will be reimbursed under that protection. It's clear that no refund will be coming from the UK Ticket Factory and I should imagine that they are making a huge income from these bogus ticket allocations by simply keeping the customers money.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT A UK COMPANY (IT'S HUNGARIAN) AND IF THIS WARNING IS TOO LATE, CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP FOR HELP!
Ordered muse tickets for 9/11/09 have not received any tickets and when i contacted them about postal strike i was told they would be delivered via an alternate means this site is a sham and should be avoided and reported by as many people as possible to have them removed
I bought 2 tickets for Beyonce and a friend of mine bought 2 for Pink and 2 for Beyonce from uk ticket facotry. She never received the pink tickets. They promised a refund but she hasnt received it! I doubt i'll b receiving the Beyonce tickets.
It's a scam.
I had tried looking for reviews for the website before booking but at the time couldnt find any :( people need to speak up quicker!
Don't ever touch this website, a complete con. I was informed with 3 days to go that I would not be receiving 3 booked Fleetwood Mac tickets and that I would get a refund. Still waiting. Any site that charges in euros should be avoided, also any site that does not supply address or phone number is a scam. Please report any UK scams with this company to www.consumerdirect.gov.
As per the other reviews. This site is a scam. Not only did they not deliver and charge me full amount but they also tried to fraudulently put a additional transaction on my card for $98,000 (yes Ninety-Eight Thousand Dollars). This was obviously rejected.
Avoid this site at all costs. You will not receive any tickets only a hoax email promising a refund when they say they have oversubscribed for tickets (plus a nice debit to your card to a Hungarian bank). The biggest mystery is how the site is still open to rip off more innocent victims.

Just bought Muse tickets for Liverpool for 5/11/09, just found out its a scam site the problem is no one is doing anything about it. As reported by the BBC how many more people need to get conned by these people?
This web site, needs to be taken of. Today i puchased two pink tickets, two miley cyrus tickets, or so i thought! Something just did not feel right, no contact number, just e-mail address. So i rang my credit card company up to check what tranactions had just taken place, there was one at £132 and another for £98. It should of been one for £115 and one for £155. I cancelled my card straight a way. Please stay a way!
