Hi my daughter bought tickets with my credit card in September, it would appear we are not going to get the tickets and she has taken the money from her friends. We will have to repay her friends and they will not get to the concert why did she buy from a website and not from the venue? The trouble she has caused is more than she can handle and she will be grounded for weeks due to a bunch of thieving shisters. And an incompetent credit card company.

I have received a emal saying that they will refund! My credit card company says they wont help me as its less than 100.00 can anybody help me claim back from mastercard Thank you

Hi i have just spent 300 pounds on miley cyrus tickets from the uk ticket factory. Com for my daughter and now have read that i have no chance of getting the tickets these people have no shame and i have a heartbroken wee girl

That is horrible! You should write a review here and warn other people. Did you find a place where you can buy real tickets and not get ripped off?
