Ordered sons birthday present, once paid read the reviews and panicked!
Sent an email asking if my parcel would arrive as paid for express delivery, no reply in 24 hours and the telephone number provided just rang out, I went into a slight meltdown thinking I had been ripped off... but my parcel did arrive the next day and it was all correct, so my panic was for nothing, maybe this company have just had a blip with orders due to the World Cup I dont know. Would suggest trying to answer emails and phone calls a bit quicker to get you a better reputation and not worry customers as there are some really bad reviews on there that had I read before placing my order I would never have placed an order

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They've lost my order, can't find it, won't credit me, won't send me a new order... I bought a soccer kit for my sons birthday. Delivery was advised 5-7 days... it has now been 14 weeks and they are ignoring me. I've missed my son's birthday and it is now the end of the soccer season. Poor communication. They have my money and I have NOTHING! Extremely disappointed with this business.

Really wish I'd have read the reviews before I ordered. What a terrible company and service. Ordered two shirts that were in stock and next day delivery + emailed them to make sure they could deliver quickly. They then took two days to ship it, used Royal Mail 3+ days instead of next day and then lied about when they actually shipped it. No one replies to my emails and no phone support, terrible customer service. Much better off shopping at the big name sports shops.

It's one of those weird situations. I ordered from this website only because my usual port of call had crashed due to an increase of business. I placed my order and almost immediately I'm being advised that my details are linked to fraudulent activity. I've been using the same details for years and never had any problem. Then I received an update saying that everything was okay and they were processing my order. They provided a bogus tracking number which was not recognised by the delivery company they use. I immediately thought scammers and they've got my money. On thinking this I commenced a somewhat fruìtless attempt at communication which only bore results after I had lost my $#*! with them.
I did however eventually receive my order but I'll not be back. If this is a new business then they should consider sacking the GM because they've not got a clue about good customer service whatsoever. Real shame.

I ordered the home Japan international top 2018/19, white and black concept shirts 2018/19 and 2 pairs of socks. This was on 31 May 2018. I received all apart from the black concept shirt which it was said that is on pre-order.
This brings me to the main gripe every reviewer seems to have with this company: very slow service and not replying back to emails.
Though I can understand now that i think about it. I believe that as orders are placed ONLY when payment is received and that certain items first need to be shipped from overseas. Thus the delay in shipment within the UK. I suggest give it a month for your items to arrive at least.
It seems as though there are probably only 2 people working to maintain this company and i guess it must be difficult and overwhelming. So if he forgets to reply ( and i assume he doesn't reply if the items haven't arrived for him to dispatch), then message him to remind. And always pay by credit card to protect yourself in case anything goes wrong on their part.
Overall, i got my products a week before my Holiday and i am happy with the quality. The customer service does not reply which needs to improve: at least reassure customers that orders are being waited on or something.

Do not buy from these rip off artists. Charged me top dollar for jersey shipped to Canada but would not allow exchange when size was wrong. Expected me to buy another New Jersey at tine discount with no refund and then refused to allow me free shipping even though they were offering it as a special at the time. Completely uncooperative and unwilling to negotiate. Repeatedly failed to respond to correspondence. Don't get taken in like I did.
