Do not shop here under any circumstances. They cancelled my order (upon my request because one of the items was unavailable and I hadn't received an update in over 30 days) but never processed the refund. At first, customer service was responsive, but once I followed up on the refund, I did not receive a single response from this company via email or the forum on the website, and their phone number is continuously unavailable.

Excellent product, good quality, good communication, fast delivery, happy with that and I will love give a maximum stars rating but because I couldn't get my name printed at the back and the number cuz that sponsor name beko in the middle, and in the picture didn't show that sponsor, was unicef at the bottom to be honest, if was that in the picture I wouldn't choose to print my name, anyway except this one, everything was alright and the product is excellent, team response as well, and I'll choose a different t shirt to print my name! Thx.

Purchased 2 items from them on April 19th 2020, Polo shirt and a VFL Wolfsburg kid's jersey for my son's bday, he loves Volkswagen cause I drive one. The package changed shipping vendors twice and the overused shipping delay tactic due to COVID-19 pandemic. I say that because a lot of companies are using it as an excuse for sub par service with no accountability whatsoever. Here it's June 9th after submitting multiple complaints to both Norsk Global and USPS, I have finally received my order to my surprise there is no VW logo on the jersey. The logo is displayed clearly on the item for sale on the website. Screw this company! Now that I look at it, it looks so fake from China and not even worth the price of shipping and definitely not worth the wait.

Very poor service. I ordered a shirt two weeks before lockdown begun, and paid the extra for it to be delivered within 5 working days! 9 weeks later the shirt finally arrived!

During those 9 weeks, the customer service number wasn't connecting, emails (that were being responded to) was the generic "your order is in transit".
After 7.5 weeks, I logged back in to see my order had disappeared and there was no tracking number in order for me to use.

I subsequently called the bank and they completed a charge back within 10 days.

During that period, the shirt arrived with a very rude email from Simon who called me fraudulent. I asked for a discount only to be told when the charge back is reversed, we can then work something out.
Since the reversal of the charge back, we've gone back to radio silence. Simon is no longer contactable.

He gave a poor response blaming lockdown for the delay. The truth is that it was ordered 14 days prior with a 5 day delivery slot, if they were unable to print a shirt in time then this should've been communicated on the website.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Remaking retro shirts like Zidane shirts which are hard to get hold of.
And other great footballers. Paul Gascoigne 1996 England home and away shirts with names of players on the back. Or Roberto Baggio shirts World Cup 1994 home and away Roberto Baggio shirts with name on the back of shirts. International retro shirts. Rerelease all previous England shirts. Rerelease all previous Real Madrid - FC Barcelona and Manchester United shirts.
