Total scam and rude service

I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop from UK Computer Group and was disappointed with the experience. When I contacted customer service for help, they were slow to respond and used a bad language. Overall, I felt the product was overpriced for the quality and the customer service was lacking. I would not recommend UK Computer Group to others
