BEWARE! I bought a swing from this company and it didn't look like the payment went through so I tried again. This inadvertently accidentally resulted in two orders, one of which I tried immediately to cancel. I did this by emailing them directly and using their cancel order button, both of which were carried out within a minute of the orders being placed. However, I received a message back saying it was too late. There was no further communication to this despite my attempts and I now have two swings in my possession.
I continued to write to ask if they would cover return postage and the communication as previous was strange and felt like it had been written by a bot.
I would never use this company again. No flexibility to resolve a genuine mistake that I immediately had tried to rectify.

My Wife purchased a water feature (Item SS*******) from Amazon, sold by 'The Magic Toy Shop'. It was with money given to her for her 70th Birthday. When it arrived on the 14th of February, it was put away to await her birthday. On her birthday (March 30th) it was unpacked and assembled as per instructions and left for 24 hours for the Solar panel to charge the battery. The next day it was switched on and worked perfectly. It ran properly for a whole week and then the pump stopped working. We contacted the seller and asked for a replacement pump.
They responded that as the 'Return' window had closed and they didn't do an extended warranty they could not help. I emailed them again and said that under the Sale of Goods act, they were responsible for it. They never replied. We tried to go through Amazon, but they wanted us to contact the seller, which we had already done and there was now way we could find to contact Amazon directly about the problem.
Yet again we have tried to contact the seller at Amazon's insistence but I am not expecting much joy from that.
