Having just read some comments on this review site I am now starting to believe I have been fleeced. However I did have good communication, quick response to a query, informed of cleared payment with invoice & other info regarding order then an Email to inform me of dispatch with order arriving seven days later. Granted not in a box but in a secure plastic bag with registered post label. Boots appear good & for what it is worth with a 'Genuine Australia' label. I know your all thinking anyone can have a label made. Trust me the big genuine test will come Christmas day when the wife tears off the Christmas wrapping paper. I'm hopeful!

Bought 2 pairs of boots as a christmas present, when they did not arrive, I contacted the website and the denied any knowledge of my order. THEN out of the blue -they arrived. Definately fake! I spent £150 and I could have bought better quality for £15! Been in touch with credit card, and nothing they can do-they said to take the company to court... PLEASE BEWARE!

My wife spent £96 on some "genuine ugg boots". The ones we received are nothing of the sort. I could pick better ones up down the local market for a tenner.

This site is shocking. We've been ripped off. Avoid them, else you will be too!

Does it raise a red flag when there is a contact 'form' but no contact number or direct email address? When you can't find a registered business address? Well it should! My sister bought a pair of ugg boots from these people, and they took her payment, and sent her a fake 'Registered Post' tracking number. When the item wasn't delivered to her mother overseas, she wrote to them, but they assured her it was shipping, then they blamed UK Customs issues, then they said they'd follow up with Australia Post and finally they stopped responding.

She paid a reasonable amount - $130, which is on par with what they cost in stores, give or take $20 or $30, which just shows that the people who run the (scam) I mean, site, are clever enough to set a price point that isn't too unrealistic that you would question it.

Don't risk it. Buy your Ugg boots from a retail store that sells online, and make sure you do a bit of research on companies before you spend your money. UGG Australia is not the only legitimate Ugg boot. They registered UGG as a brand, but in fact UGG was just the name of a type of boot that a range of companies make - I can also recommend Mortell boots. They are genuine article - but not quite as fashionable as the UGG Australia items!.

Another of a long stream of bad reviews for yet another scam website.

And all over these UGG Boots~

Maybe they should rename this site "UGG JABBER"

Look, if you really want those boots, go to a bona fide retailer and get the REAL THING. Stop trying to save a few quid and getting ripped off in the process. Get the original genuine article, shop in a nice environment and receive good service. My Dad taught me to "buy the best, buy the genuine article, pay for service and you'll always be happy". All popular items, especially fashion items, are breeding grounds for these types of fakes, counterfeits and scams. Now many of you are out ALL of the money you spent for the goof items, and you STILL don't have the boots you want. So add what you lost to the ultimate price of the real item, which you should have gone to a reputable shop and bought in the first place.

Stop the madness... there's no free lunch, and all these scam sites featuring these UGG boots prove it as well as the fake Rolex watches and Gucci purses we've all seen for years. Smarten up.
