On Saturday Sept. 27, they charged my card again twice (over $200 each) when they weren't supposed to do that. So when I asked the guy working at the counter why he did that, he said 'oh the charge is going to be refunded but right now it says pending'. Fast forward 3 days later both transactions posted to my account. On Wednesday Oct 1, I called them and asked how long it takes for my refund of the second transaction and they said 7 business days. So now it's over 7 business days and nothing. Today Oct. 7, I came back to here at 10:35am. After I explained the situation to another guy at the counter. This other manager I was immediately told that 'I have to wait for the other manager who's out in the yard to finish whatever he was doing'. So I waited for over 40 mins for the other manager to tell me that "They do not do refunds. That I have to call my bank and dispute the charge because their 'system' won't let them refund my money.

For a company to accept cash and card payments daily and so easily yet to have shady operations on refunding STOLEN money back on a card is INSANE. I am a struggling single mother of a toddler son on the spectrum who receives minimal to no help and works a minimum wage job. No one has $210.97 to waste like that. I pray karma is swift and just for this business.

For the long and huge inconsiderate inconvenience they have put me through, I will be filing several complaints and will tell my experience on many platforms especially the FTC, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, State General Attorney's Office, Help Me Howard and much more. No wonder why they are NOT an accredited business on the BBB.

If I can help deter this business from stealing from another tax paying citizen I will continue to do it. Lesson learned.

Tow truck driver hit and run hit my car with the back passenger side tires and I said he did he lie said he did not do it I have tire marks on my front of my car from the tow truck scrape paint off with his tires left the scene of the accident racist tow truck driver thought I was black I am mixed White native American black Italian Dutch and French Spanish

Fixing my car has cost me hundreds of dollars, but by going to u pull it junkyard this past weekend it literally saved me more than 60% on an alternator for my 2014 nissan path finder, autozone wanted $189 for it, at u pull it I only paid $45. Big difference.
Also it was easy to find the car that had the part, they also have an inventory system that tells you which vehicle in they salvage yard carries the part you need and where in the yard is located.
