I started using twist when the creator of Todolist emailed me telling me about Twist. I was happy because I was searching for ways to communicate with my business during Covid 19. Of course, we had Gmail but I knew there would be a faster way to communicate. So I clicked on the link not really knowing what was gonna happen. I don't really remember the full thing but I think that it told me to sign up. Of course, I did. Then I invited members of my business to my team on Twist. We could private chat, chat in groups, and even send GIF's! It was very amazing. But at first, everybody was a little confused of how it worked.
