Shipping was lengthy but I guess that's how it is coming from Hong Kong, I was a bit disappointed because the solution container was empty, however the packaging was amazing! Loved it.
The response in customer service was not fast at all. There were times when I didn't get a response either by email or chat. I paid for fast delivery which is up to 7 business days and I received the delivery only yesterday (!). I did not receive a normal call from a service representative nor an apology and I am also not satisfied with what I was compensated for. This big delay in shipping ruined a lot of my plans.

It took quite awhile to receive my contacts and it threw me off a bit since the shipping label was printed almost 2 weeks before the tracking number showed any movement.
