Wellness Elite Membership Benefits Were Inconsistent
December 17, 2025

I have been a Wellness Elite Member with The Wellness Center for approximately five months, paying $99.99 per month, and my experience has been consistently disappointing and frustrating.

The Wellness Elite Membership is advertised as an "all-access pass to better health," including:

Two free supplements per month

15% off all products

Free generic prescriptions

Unlimited virtual care visits
Unfortunately, my actual experience has not matched these promises.

Issues with "Free" Supplements and Discounts

Despite being told I would receive two free supplements every month, I have only successfully used the free supplement code once. The promo codes provided frequently do not work at checkout. Even worse, supplements continued to be shipped monthly, but I was charged full price for them — and I did not receive the 15% member discount either.

Auto-Ship Cancellation Problems

I am enrolled in an auto-ship for a product costing $499.99, which I have used exactly as directed for three months with no results. There is no option on the website to cancel auto-ship, and attempts to contact customer support have gone nowhere.

Phone calls lead nowhere

The chatbot claims issues will be "escalated," but nothing ever happens

Telehealth Follow-Up Never Happened

I did have one virtual care appointment, which went well initially. However, the promised follow-up never occurred. I was told I would receive:

Prescriptions for medications

Orders for lab tests
Neither was ever provided.

FSA/HSA Portal Concerns

The website claims to integrate with an FSA/HSA service, but the link does not function properly. The associated site, wellnesspay.com, requires access to bank accounts, email, and Amazon accounts, yet it does not deliver on its stated purpose. This raised serious concerns for me about how my personal information may be used.

Final Thoughts

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company between membership fees and product orders, yet many of the core membership benefits were either inaccessible or not honored. The lack of transparency, ineffective customer support, billing issues, and broken systems make this a service I cannot recommend.

I am sharing this review to warn others so they can make a more informed decision before committing their money.
