Paid for lessons – tutor unavailable, no refund from TutorooI paid for private English lessons through Tutoroo.co and selected a tutor in Dubai.After payment, I was informed that the tutor was not available and no suitable replacement could be arranged. I contacted Tutoroo several times asking for a refund since no lessons were provided, but they refused and stopped responding.This is unacceptable – the company takes payment in advance but does not guarantee that the tutor is available. I strongly advise others not to trust this platform until they change their refund policy and improve customer support. I have all payment confirmations and email conversations as proof.Verdict: Avoid Tutoroo – poor communication, no refund, and unreliable service.
