I gave them a one star rating at first because my order was cancelled without explanation and purchasing a model seemed like a hassle with all the steps they required. I am now giving them 4 stars because their customer service is top notch, at least it was in my case. I had a love chat with someone and they explained the issue, it was an error on my part. I made the purchase again and got an approval very quickly. When the files were ready for download, i would click on them and nothing would happen. I called and spoke to someone named Brittney, she was very nice and told me my vpn was causing the issue. She did something on her end and i was able to download. Then i was having issues downloading that specific file format... I couldn't unzip them (I use a Mac). Called Brittney back and she quickly sent me the unzipped files with a direction sheet on how to do the rest. I eventually realized i couldn't used what i had purchased, it was my fault, and they gave me a full refund. In addition to superb customer service they have the best 3D image selection by far.
