Never responded to the return of saree, which was very different from photo. No response on repeated emails or phone calls or Facebook messages. Totally waste of time and money.

They are not even worth a 1 start rating. They are soo unprofessional and they don't keep up to their terms. It's been 7 months they are still providing a refund. Shut your venture please, this behaviour won't take you any long and stop promoting your social media pages, you are fooling your customers by doing that.

They nerve refunded my ₹5300, not a small amount at all, they took the sarees back... Untill they refund do not return whichever kind of saree it maybe, shame on TSkhadi, thu...

Fake fake shud b taken action return pick up done received no refund contact no doesn't connect unprofessional should be charge for misleading people

Inspite of returning damaged product... there has been no refund yet... has been more than 2 months... no one picking the call or returning the messages... this people need to be pulled to a consumer court...

Please dont take any saree from here they are not doing refund be careful. This is a fraud company. Dont buy any products here

They sent a wrong product and did not refund my amount of rs 3435 after I returned the product. Now they are not responding to my emails and whatsapp messages. Do not buy anything from them else you'll lose your money.

Order no: TK*******, I have returned the saree on 12th February but till now I didn't receive my refund. They are not responding on calls, mails and in what's app. I lost my money Rs1665/-. They have assisted me till i place the order. And not responding after returning the saree. They took the saree and not giving my money. So I filed complaint in Consumer forum. They are cheaters. Please don't buy from tskhadi.com. Dont lost your money like me. Telangana government/police should take action against tskhadi.com

I hv brought a saree on feb from tskhadi site and the product was totally different from the online picture. I hv returned it within 2 days, but still waiting for my refund and no response from customer care.

There are few things that I am more than dissatisfied and frustrated about
1) product description not in detail - looked like red, but turned out to be pink.
2) the actual product looked as if it had been used earlier and poor quality. Definitely not worth the money
3) customer support - very very very bad - they gave me a number that I could contact for placing return request. I am trying to contact them continuously through various modes but no response.
The most irritating moment is when they see the msg and not respond.

I wish I could give no star, but there isn't an option so going with the least

I ordered a saree, it arrived in 7 days. While trying to return there is no option available. Return window is closed. The order is not shown in my history. No one to answer your questions. Have written them 9 days back, haven't heard the response.

I lost 4200/-. Even after calling them almost everyday, there is no response. Thinking to file a complaint against them.

I bought saree from TSKHADI they sent me defective piece when i complain they said we arrange return, after courier received by TSKHADI i ask for refund they said refund will receive day of return courier they to 20 days later. So i ll not suggest anyone to buy from this site.

These people are frauds. I returned the cheap item as it did not match the picture and it been over a month they have not refunded the amount. They say they do it next week and have never asked for any bank or contact details. I lost Rs 3200 on y purchase from these people.

When I started searching for feedback then I came across Sitejabber. Please don't buy anything from TS Khadi

First of all the display color in website and the actual color of the saree won't match at all and they atleast don't mention the color of the saree and the blouse piece in the description. Second their customer support is THE WORST among all other sites and they are so rude. To return the product we need to follow up with them continuously to get the return address and once they receive the product they will not initiate refund immediately. For that also we need to follow up with them and if we get fed up and if we start asking questions they start to yell at us for "they not doing their work" and they disconnect. They do ridiculous job. In my case, they received the product on Jan 12th which i returned and today is Jan 28, till now they didn't process my refund. I have been calling them from past one week and asking them very patiently and everyday they say today end of the day you will receive your money like that bit i don't. Today I have been told again that next wednesday i will get and when i asked questions that stupid person started yelling at me that there is procedure that it will take 3-4 business days to process and when i asked how many 3-4 business days has passed he started yelling at me and said if you want i will share transaction reference number. When i said ok to that and he said he will need 24hrs for that. Why does he need 24hrs for that. I will have to wait till tomorrow to see how much truth and responsibility is there in his words and in his job. Overall, its a worst site I have encountered online till now in my life. Will never order anything from that.

It was one of the most hopeless site to deal with. The so called customer care representatives are so rude and unprofessional. They have made it a point not to return their purchase. I will not recommend anyone to purchase through this site. The product quality is very very cheap and they are selling it on exorbitant prices. The return policy is only to name for and not in actual. I give them a big ZERO star
