Please please don't buy from them they are fully fraud website. I have ordered 5 sarees on 29th Sept total cost ******* I have paid through net banking without checking there reviews. As soon as I purchased the sarees they have provide me tracking details. When I checked they were showing 12 Oct then it's keep postponing to 18th Oct. They are never reply my msg on what's app, Facebook or if I call them. When we received the saree only one saree they have sent us. And it's showing 5 sarees they have sent me as per the outer packaging. If you see the pics you have noticed kg 2.4. That packet was so small that not possible to fit 5 sarees. I had a doubt that. Another picture you can see I checked there SKU no and qty 1. Then I had a doubt. I checked with courier service they said only one packet they have sent me. I was trying to ring them but they didn't pick my call. They were blocked my Facebook account after few conversations. They were keep saying they have sent 5 sarees courier service stolen the all the sarees. They are not ready to refund my money back. When I checked reviews different pages they always treat like that. Now they blocked my fB account. My 9500 rs with them they are not replying. I have already informed the hydrabad police about this matter. This is fully harassment and mentally financially stressed. You should not allow this kind of website who does this kind of business. Please help me to get my money back thanks

Guys, I have been in the same place like most of you. I returned the product and could not get the refund even after 20days. So I filed an complaint in comsumer forum. I called the customer care number (Swati) and told her that I have filed an compaint. She being rude told me that "ok now you will get money only after the case is solved Go file a complaint" So I did. I filed the complaint online for which I had to pay Rs580/- on govt website. I got my refund(after deducting 120rs) the next day. Literally in 24hours. I know most of the people haven't got their refund so it is for them if you want to try this way. I can't guarantee about it but I got my refund so maybe it can help you. And for people who haven't purchased from this site yet. Please STOP they are Fraud and inhumans. They dont even know how to talk to customers. Shame Website!

We bought Saree and found torn at Blouse piece. Requested to T S Khadi, after lot of reminders they agreed to take return deducting courier charges Rs. 120/-. As schedule pick up done on 25 Spet. 2020. Via Delhivery Package No. ******* still as on 12.10.2020 they are not returned our amount. Not picking our calls and not replying to whatsapp message. I lost Rs. 2200/-.
This is worst service I seen in online shopping, even after 15 days of receipt of saree they are not replying at all.

I am very disappointed with the customer care & after purchase/ refund experience from TS Khadi.

I purchased a saree from TS khadi on 31st Aug 2020 and returned it. Picked up arrangement was hectic but it was done within 2 days. They gave a pickup tracking id on Whatsapp on 17th Sep 2020.

I called Customer care and they confirmed they received the saree at the warehouse on 26th Sep-2020 and gave me a refund date as 30th Sep 2020, I did not get any refund on said date hence again called CC and got a new date as 8th Oct 2020.

Just for curiosity of getting a new date again I called customer care on 6th oct 2020, and asked the same and as expected got a new date for refund processing as 10th Oct 2020. (see the previous date 08th hasn't passed yet they gave me a new date as 10th)

After Called customer care multiple times each time they gave me a new date of my refund processing.
They do not have any dedicated customer care email id, hence I emailed to "tskhadi <*******@tskhadi.com>" on 5th Oct 2020, from which obviously I did not get any reply yet. When I asked for a written communication from CC, they simply cut the call on my face.

They are extremely rude and don't speak to customer politely & also don't respond to Whatsapp.

Please do not buy.

Pathetic customer service. Would like to mention the name of a lady with whom I spoke repeatedly, told her name swati. Most I'll mannered, get's into argument with out listining the full matter, shouts. If required I want to make here everyone the call recordings. I feel she is dumb, doesn't have any knowledge of her job of customer service. I feel she needed to be thrown out of the company. Personally I will not recommend ts khadi to anyone.

Don't ever buy anything from this website.
These are monsters who live on your hard earned money. I lost rs. 3000 against pathetic sarees. I never got any refund. May god punish these culprits very soon.
