My first order from tshirt bordello and couldn't be happier. Great quality shirt and it came fast to my door. I will definitely be ordering more from them!

Penn State students, like myself, are spoiled by having t-shirts thrown at them all the time for various clubs and events. To buy a t-shirt for any reason whilst at PSU is a major event in itself. I recently purchased a "Trek Yourself" shirt from TshirtBordello, and it was worth every, reasonably-asked-for penny! The quality of the shirt itself is notable, but the detail and quality of the image are FANTASTIC. To be honest, I don't think the thumbnail and sample photos on the site do the physical thing justice, as improbable as this seems! I'm very impressed with the product itself, but shipping speed, ease of website use, and price are excellent bonuses. I will be a returning customer and intend to toss the name around the PSU t-shirt-wearing community, which is quite literally thousands-strong. Very pleased!

Edit: After skimming other reviews, I should add that customer service was exceptional. I had no issues during any part of the purchasing process, and I'm sure they would have been corrected immediately if they had occurred. That they did not is a testament to the staff!

I spent a good week combing the Internet for a good Dr. McCoy T-shirt before I stumbled across T-shirt Bordello and their shirt "The Real McCoy". The image itself---a "cartoon" Dr. McCoy---was both striking and appealing. Unlike just about every other iteration of this shirt, the image actually LOOKED like Dr. McCoy. So I decided to try it.
One word: QUALITY. The shirt itself was made by American Apparel. I believe most of their shirts are made by Gildan. Maybe mine was different due to it being a women's shirt. Either way, it's a big step up from what I'm used to. The image on the shirt was excellently printed, with stark, vibrant colors, and solid, bold lines. My shirt arrived sooner than I expected, too. At 14.99, I found their price very, very reasonable.
Altogether, I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company, and will be ordering from them again in the future!

I've done business with them several times and adore them! Their t-shirts are high quality and not the thin, cheap ones you find at a lot of places, they have the BEST designs with vibrant and very well printed colors, and I have NEVER had a shipping issue, they've always shipped quick and hassle free. I recommended them all the time because people always ask where I got my shirts! Definitely a great site with shirts for every taste!

I've been buying shirts from Tshirtbordello for about 7 years. I bought my first one at a convention and was so impressed with the quality of both the shirt and the service, I've been a regular customer since.

In my experience, the customer service has been top notch. As an example, I ordered a shirt for my sister for her birthday, but it was too small. The service rep who helped me out getting my sister the right size was amazingly helpful and the return for a new shirt was quick, easy, and painless.

What I like most about Tshirtbordello is the value and variety. Their prices (especially when the company has sales!) are great and the variety of original shirts can't be beat. As a big horror fan, it seems like every month or so something new is coming out that I can't wait to wear.

If you can't tell, I'm a big fan of the company.

Very pleased with this site. The tshirt I bought was a surprise for my bf. Delivery was so quick... I wasn't expecting my order to be delivered for a few weeks because it had to be shipped to the uk but it was delivered in a week. The tshirt was excellent quality I'm so pleased, especially since the tshirt was also on sale! I paid using paypal... so easy. Would definitely buy from them again. Needless to say... the bf loved the tshirt.

I LOVE this website. The t-shirts and rest of merchandise are quirky, funny and edgy. They make for really original gifts and the prices are very reasonable. I spoke to Don (the owner) a few times, and he is very helpful and friendly. I had a parcel shipped as a surprise to my BF who was staying at a hotel. Don was great and even included a handwritten card and a heart with the parcel (his idea). If I am looking for cool gifts in future, I will definitely order from t-shirt Bordello again.

12/1/2015 Don's last message to me from 11/24/2015 was simply "you win". No apology. No offer to compensate me for gouging on shipping or to make it right on a future order. He has a terrible attitude and outlook on customer service. I'm glad others have had good luck purchasing from this company, but his attitude and tone in his messages has ensured that I will not order again and I will be sure to steer others away... and another year later I finally received a response. Note that it has now been a little over two years since my order. Don states that he doesn't "see what the big deal is" that he overcharged me for shipping. Justifying it by stating that I opted to use a coupon for a free shirt instead of a coupon for free shipping. In his mind it's okay for him to overcharge me for shipping to recoup the money he lost by offering the free shirt. At no point did I state I expected free shipping. There is a substantial difference in shipping costs between the weight they charged me shipping for and the actual weight of the package I received. I verified the weight and shipping prices prior to leaving my review. A company is only as good as its customer service, regardless of how good their products may or may not be. One star rating.

Ten months after ordering from TSB and posting this review, I received a response from Don asking for the order number, stating that he was going to look into the shipping and that I would be refunded if he felt I was overcharged (which I know I was, as I weighed the package and checked the cost prior to posting the original review). I never received another response after that.

Decent quality shirts and some nice designs. Moderately slow to process the order and ship. The biggest complaint is that they gouge for shipping. They charged $14.65 to ship five shirts. The invoice says the envelope weighed 3.25 lbs but the USPS label shows only 2 lbs. That's a substantial price difference.

They offer alot of rare and very cool t-shirts and the storefront looks good and professional. However, it seems like it's a total scam. I placed an order and after 10 days I heard nothing back. I contacted them asking if I would get a shipping notification and received no reply. After more than 2 weeks I had to file a PayPal dispute, which they responded they would look into, but never replied back. So I had to escalate the claim and PayPal had to issue a refund. They claim they have all products on hand in their shop in Florida and it only takes a few days to ship. Most of these designs I believe are from TeeFury, so they are either stealing other people's designs or just reselling what they bought from them months earlier. Bad site, terrible customer service, possible scam. Don't get tempted by their unique shirt designs because they probably don't actually have them in stock and you'll be left waiting. Stay away from Tshirtbordello.com.
