A few months ago, I went to these people to help find an old friend. I thought it was a one-time charge. Was I wrong. My mistake. Not only was the information wrong, they kept taking money from my account! When I saw these withdrawals on my account, I called my bank to tell them what was going on. They put a "stop payment" on these charges and I canceled that card. I figured that would be the end of it. NOPE! Today, I found out this company was STILL taking money out of my account and had been for the last three months! When I asked the bank rep how this was possible, she said they have a way of getting that information! Oh my god! Well, I filed a claim against this business then called the company to complain and cancelled my "subscription". The guy said I had till July 11th to use their "services"... Really?!? Really?!? You STEAL from me, you use shady practices to get my NEW card number, then you have the audacity to say I have another month to use your services?!? Wow. Well, HOPEFULLY, I won't have anymore issues with these people. If, for some, bizarre reason, you want to use their services, make sure you cancel immediately afterwards, because if you don't, they will keep taking money out of your bank accout even if you get a different card.
There were two fraudulent charges on my card from this website (when i never signed up for the service). Stay away from this site,

Don't waste your time or money on these junk reports. A whole lot of garbage unrelated to the person you're doing the background check on. Who cares who their neighbors are and unless you're looking for a sex offender who wants pages of listings like that? You can find more information yourself by looking at public records, etc. Most of the info in the Truthfinder reports is out of date and useless.

Background info is missing important things like felony charges and for another person I looked up, it had information for two different people combined. A person who has lived in Wisconsin her whole life had her recent address listed, but also there was a ton of information for somebody else who is from Florida. The information is totally worthless.

Truth finder pops up with titillating statements that are untrue in their initial question and search screens in order to entice you to buy. In some cases it is slanderous but they claim they are not the actual source to avoid legal action.

Okay, it is very wrong to advertise that it's a free search, then you have to wait patiently for over half an hour for everything to load, only to find that at the end of the search, before you can find out anything, they want you to sign up with a credit card for a monthly fee, and you wasted all that time! So mad!

Scam. Do not waste your money! In the fine print, you agree to let them sell your email address to spammers. The information is sketchy and grossly inaccurate.

Truthfinder says that their report is free. But, you need to pay them about $30 to see any report. I'm not sure how $30 = free. Truthfinder is really Falsefinder and is a lying rip-off. They should be put in jail.

For $30 you can get and download a totally worthless review of yourself. The information is either wrong or obsolete, but mainly useless.

Easy to sign up but almost impossible to cancel. I have tried 3 times and still have access.

I found invalid information about myself as it was 'pulling' the report. Typical site that has multiple pages of progress bars that take forever to load, then give info that's inaccurate. I didn't go as far as the part where they want my money because I knew the report would be garbage.
