They are supposed to be a decentralized exchanged but how they are able to access my account and steal my funds is beyond me and no i did not click on any link as i only have a specific device for my trust wallet yet my funds got stolen. It took the intervention of claimsat coin -diligence before I was able to get my funds and have the case resolved.

I wanted to swap BTCB for a USDC (BNB Smartchain) and the platform did a bridge to a USDC Pos from the Polygon network, which is advertised as USDC (BNB Smartchain). This fraudulent token even came up as the first option in the search engine with the same name and network as the original (without being able to distinguish them), and they don't want to refund me. NEVER USE THIS WALLET.

Avoid these con artists; I was denied payment for months. We are grateful that Torr/ecit. Saved us and was able to reimburse the money.

It's nothing but a Ponzi scheme! They stole several Bitcoins from us, forcefully converting them into their worthless token without any authorization. The whole operation was built on deception, and when things started falling apart, their main promoter conveniently disappeared.

Thankfully, I had to reach out to my title—they really helped. These kinds of schemes need to be exposed before more people fall victim.

There was no assistance in the first place. All they wanted to do is fluff you off till you give up. They need to be held accountable. They need to be shut down

Around $50k crypto stolen from my wallet. I personally did not click on an suspicious links, emails, etc. The hacker somehow got into my account for reasons unknown. I contacted Trust Wallet for support, then I receive an automated email asking for several documents. I send those documents responding to there email and get NO response. Then 4-5 days later they close the case. I tried this method 5-6 times and the only way to get in touch with them is through email. They take no consideration of victims that experience this kind of theft. Horrible customer support and horrible platform to store crypto. They must hav some kind of on going security glitch that doesnt always go public. I'll be filing reports to as many higher authorities as possible against this company. They had a class action law suit around a year ago I am also trying to join.

If not for RECLAIM 001 COM who helped me recover my 15BTC back from Duncan and his team of Crypto Btc I would've been left with nothing in life and maybe a dead woman by now. I initiated a trade with 0.15 Btc sent to their external wallet and Duncan lured me into investing more never knew it's all scam. I lost $14,000 on 1st day using them on a transfer. They Do not care that it's their fault and they simply will not refund your lost crypto for any reason. They just want your money and won't give you any support when they're responsible for losing your funds. A total joke. Ayrlp. CO m seized control of the situation and tracked the transaction to my account.

Trust wallet not allowing me to swap or withdraw any money, I've contacted support team and was told I would get a reply within 48hours, which has been and gone! I've put thousands into this wallet, it's scam, the irony is that it's called "Trust wallet". Failed to credit my account. No response to emails, Ramp say they have sent it, trustwallet simply send a holding email and NEVER respond. I think they must be scamming. Either that, or plain incompetent Ayrlp. C o m brought me to safety they took charge of the situation and traced the transfer and it was reversed back to my account

The worst wallet, the cryptocurrency has disappeared, the support does not respond, the wallets are full of advertisements, which, when clicked, give permission to manipulate your money!
