I upgraded to a new phone and before I did, I snapshotted my recovery phrase. When I imported the wallet in my new phone with the recovery phrase, all of my tron coin was gone. All of it. I am pissed. And trust wallet refuses to do anything. They blame the customer for their faults and their thievery. Where did the money go? Into trust wallet. And you can, see others have the same type of issue of money disappearing and trust wallet taking no blame for their platform screwing people over. This is ridiculous, when you reach out and ask for help they refuse to help despite your money or in this case my money missing and seemingly going into Trust wallet. Which to me looks like thievery!

They are terrible to get a hold of wouldn't help me get my money, and I lost it all because of their instructions to get it out. They are terrible. Don't trust them nobody use this wallet.

Unfortunately I was duped by someone impersonating The Bearable Bull on youTube. I thought it was the owner of the channel. He directed me to a WhatsApps number to chat. He advised opening a Trust wallet account and transfer my crypto to Trust wallet for an airdrop. It never happened and my crypto vanished, with the scammer telling me it was staked on Trust Wallet. No one from Trust wallet has contacted me with info on how to unstake it. I probably will never see it again. BEWARE.

Difficult to navigate there storage is junk and they consistently won't allow swaps within their own platform.
Tons of gas fees

I've been unable to access my account for over a month - getting to speak with a person is difficult but after some 40 minutes on the telephone and after speaking to an automated system that keeps you entangled in continuous loops of nonsense I managed to speak with a real person!
The two part verification notification system is not working correctly! As I do not the receive the texted code to allow me to access my account, NSandI are fully aware of this problem but don't seem to care.
