We joined TTT back in March 2023. Before we joined we were directly under Microsoft billing (and support). We joined because their prices were much lower and they stated that it's a month-to-month commitment that we can leave any time. They said they offered month-to-month because their support was that good. We even let them know that we would be merging with another company and adding about 600 licenses. We even discussed in great detail migrating share email accounts. We would have to temporarily (for a month) add extra E1 licenses to move these accounts and then we could just reduce our license count afterwards. The first couple of months we had placed several support requests in the Microsoft portal (MS would usually respond within hours). We would never get a response until we called into TTT. We even talked with TTT about this issue and they said they would do better (and it improved slightly). We've finished migrating over the Google accounts and went to reduce our licenses, but TTT came back and said "With the new NCE terms that Microsoft has put out, our ability to cancel/ heavily reduce licenses within their term is no longer valid." I sent them the emails showing that TTT stated repeatedly that they offer month-to-month. They kept coming back with we are trying to get MS to reduce the licenses.
I finally filled a BBB complaint and someone at TTT stated that we were told during onboarding that this was an annual commitment. The email that TTT sent me after our onboarding again stated month-to-month. At this point our company is going to have to take legal action because TTT wants to bill us for the licenses because they were falsely advertising their commitment.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with Trusted Tech Team?
