I recently bought Home & Student 2016 from trustedtechteam.com. During the process of waiting, it seemed stuck so I had to contact customer service. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to get my money back, let alone get the software (Because keys are sensitive information and all). Immediately, someone called David assisted me and got my software key to me within five minutes. Awesome customer service, in my opinion. Would recommend.
