Easy to find and purchase what I need, great follow up,

Ordered Windows Server 2019 Essentials in April 2021 without any problems, and now upgrade of Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro on a Surface Book 3.

Really hope this works out to get a one time license

Took a little longer than I anticipated for the licensing process, although I think this may be more on Intuit's end. It took about 24 hours. I assumed since it was a download it would be more or less immediate which wasn't the case. Online chat was fast and helpful as was support when I emailed a question. Overall a very good experience.

I needed to do a more complex upgrade of a couple Windows Server 2008 DCs to Server 2019. They got me setup with the right product and the CALs I needed for my situation, and then gave me instructions on how to do the upgrade.

Before purchase: No issues so far. Appreciate the promo code being offered up before purchase.
After purchase: The 30 days to refund if unsatisfied isn't really true. One can only return software if the product wasn't activated. Who doesn't activate it right away and how do you know if satisfied if you don't use the software. Tried to provide feedback and was just pointed to the fine print (aka feedback not accepted). Those detailed should be very clear on the main page prior to purchase!

Chatted with rep to make sure I could get 5-user license pack with MAK key - confirmed and told me to add to notes section. 24hrs later I had what I needed.
