I am very doubtful person and don't buy online stuff in haste. I was not sure at first whether their dumps will help OR not but later on I got convinced and the doubts were cleared when I sat for 640-822.
I prepared their material at home during the lock down. No need to attend physical centers when such quality content is given at home.
When I first sat for 700-101, it turned out to be a huge achievement for me. I was surprised because I pass the exam just because I had access to all the learning materials that I needed. Original questions were there too.
Bought E20-393 with them and passed through their material. The price was $42 but I was able to get a discount coupon for 50% off. :)
Couple of months ago I sat for 700-751 and cleared my exam. I used Troytec for preparation material. Glad I did because it really helped me a lot and now few of my friends are also considering them.
Recently bought an exam from Troytec (suggested by a friend). I would say it was a great experience as they provided me with the updated material which helped me to get certified.

Incorrect answers. They acknowledged they were incorrect and said that hadn't completed doing the questions yet! Refused to refund. Now too late as I have done the exam.
It really helps to get certified by cisco. It helps you in exam. It is best preparation to to take the exam. Its very useful and it really satisfies me in cisco exams. I trust this company.
Troytec was an awesome experience for me. Ive been using it for two years and I had no problems taking my 200-125 exam and many others, using troytec.com products and services. TroyTec has excellent products. Just passed 200-120 with 95% score. Now going to prepare for citrix exams. Could not be happier. They covered all the subject materials for the exam and all questions matched what they had in the product. Though the questions did not match exactly the same but theory was similar. I will suggest just use their products and use study groups in linkedin and you will pass the exams thank you
Waste of money to buy from them - you never receive. Slick operation - you get automated replies when emailing them, but that's it. You can see order in your login but you can't download.
Preordered an exam prep for $89, was told it would contain 150 questions and be released two weeks after I purchase. A month later, prep had 46 questions, and were identical to another prep I had purchased from a different company AND the price had dropped to $38! Contacted "support" and was told. The price was $89 and now it's $38. No refund of the difference. Bottom line, DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! If you do, pay by credit card and good luck!
Please stay away from troytec. They say 100% money back guarantee... they dont pay you back its been more than 2 months... they dont have the dumps and they come up with bargain option that they will offer you 199$ worth exams which are of no use...

I have bought "ALL Exams at TroyTec" with Lifetime of free updates that should give you lifetime update, but after one year they asked me to pay again to keep having these exams! I didn't renew with them and now I lost all the exams! This was really cheating! NEVER BUY IT!
I made my pre-order purchase on 9/24/2015. I was supposed to receive my product 2 weeks after my purchase date. I waited a full 2 weeks and was asked to wait another week, another and another and each week I waited. I was also offered free products in lieu of the inconvenience. However, I informed them that I was only interested in what I purchased. The customer service leaves you waiting for a response for very long periods of time, hoping to frustrate you. I had to remain online for hours just trying to get them to respond or complete a task. After getting no where, I requested a refund. They asked for my transaction id and I gave it to them only to be told to wait 8 days for the refund to appear on my bank statement. I asked for a confirmation number and a confirmation email indicating the refund. When they sent the email, I had to request that they include the refunded amount, the product, and the company name. Ridiculously unprofessional. I plan on contacting my bank and discussing further action if my refund does not process in 8-10 days. I saved every transcript of our communication through the online chat and every email communication. Do NOT do business with TroyTec or CertMagic or any other company where the website looks similar. They are frauds and will do nothing but frustrate the hell out of you. If they don't have a phone number or reviews on the website, stay away!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a product in July with a wait time of 2 weeks, which was fine. After 2 weeks, they never even contacted me to say by the way your products not ready, I had to contact them, at which point they said 10 more days and it'll be ready. 10 days later same story. Asked for a refund and they try to give you a product you don't even want. It's now September and still no refund. Anyone who replies to you in txt spk really isn't a professional outfit. Bunch of scamming Cowboys, beware!

Today I have got response from Troy tec and they are asking about my payment transaction details. I am surprised, how come a company like this doesn't maintain payment records? Anyways I have provided the transaction details and waiting for their response. I will update here their response once I get it from them.

I purchased the CQIA exam prep tools. What I received were modified questions available free when signing up for the exam. The modifications changed key terms making them useless; there's no way this would prepare anyone for the certification exam. Within a hour of making the purchase I contacted the company and asked for a refund. I was offered a replacement (which was never received) and a practice tool for another exam. I replied saying that I found the original purchase useless so I definitely didn't want another one. They refused to give a refund. DON'T purchase!
