Your hospital in Ypsilanti MI put in a medicated stent without my knowledge or consent. This caused me to have a stroke. They illegally withheld my clothing and personal belongings until I signed a Medicaid application.
The staff lied in the medical records saying that I took several medications which I didn't. They also lied saying they gave me 3 shots in the stomach to prevent clotting which never happened. Some moron doctor told me that if I didn't take aspirin and Plavix for the rest of my life I would be dead in 6 months. Well you idiot, 9 years later I am still alive and still not taking any medications. Your "patient relations" representative said that anything that is in the medical records is fact. Anything I claimed saying that I told everyone that I didn't take medications since it wasn't in the file never existed.
Pat Streleki from Independent Medical Network filed a fraudulent Medicaid application and caused me to illegally be put on Medicaid.
Some wrinkly old doctor lied saying that I called her a *B* which never happened. I called her worthless and incompetent. She also lied saying that I refused to sign the AMA form. But since nobody mentioned it to me when I walked out due to their unprofessionalism I can't refuse to sign something that was never presented to me. A nurse illegally took a blood draw after I told her that she wasn't allowed to after the IV dried up. Some moron at your Ethics and Compliance Office knows that I gave permission because she is a nurse even though she wasn't there.
