The advance system used for their clients sites is drupal. To scam you and keep the control over you, they walk you into paying for their "very special and expensive hosting " which his company will handle for you ( meaning he has full control on your site and control it so you dont ever have access to the coding)
Hosting is 10 times more expensive than any others out there and no its nothing special and not needed to use drupal.
Company will not provide contract or estimation pretending that it is not the way any web developer process.
Company does not deliver work on time or at all.
Owner will constantly have excuses for his delay ending to never delivering work.
