Great customer service
August 18, 2021

No fault of FastGrowingTrees.com the plants arrived a day late and the box that the plants showed up in was fairly beat up and opened from rough handling. I was actually surprised to find all 4 plants were still in the box. I called FastGrowingTrees.com to let them know that the plants had been banged around quite hard. So hard in fact that the plastic pots were bent and dented. They were happy I called and said to monitor the plants for the next 4 days and if any didn't recover they would send out new plants. I transplanted all of the plants into new pots with good soil. 2 weeks have passed an the plants are doing great.

Leland Cypress trees
August 18, 2021

I ordered 15 trees received 13. I contacted fast growing trees and they send me 2 replacements
I also had 2 trees that were in terrible shape when taken out of the box so they send me 2 replacements

The Trees I received did not look like the size i expected. The replacements looked much better.
For the price I paid I expected much nicer looking trees.

I do appreciate the fact that they replaced the 2 trees without any problem thank you very much but I dont think I will order again due to the quality of the trees and of course the price.

3 dead trees
August 20, 2021

If I had to guess, I have 25 trees purchased in the last year from here. Several have died. No big deal, it happens. But most recently, I got 3 in a box that instantly looked dead. As soon as I opened the box, I knew these were going to be difficult to keep alive. No leaves, brown crumbled leaves, etc. They essentially were just sticks in dirt. I reached out to the customer service, but got a generic response saying to wait and see. They got planted, still look dead. Nothing has changed after several weeks.

We're so sorry to hear how your trees arrived! Shipping stress can cause plants to wilt and drop leaves but almost always make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plants covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it does not recover and we'll ship a new one!

Record Heat
August 18, 2021

I was worried about the condition of the tree knowing that it went across country what turned out to be record breaking heat. It was healthy! Took about a week to get to the PNW.

Product and customer service
August 20, 2021

My trees and shrub came dead. They insisted they were just in shipping shock. I continued to water even though they were clearly dead. I am still having crazy emails back and forth now that they have accepted the trees are dead just trying to get them to ship the replacement trees. The one $89 lilac bush was a twig whether it would have lived or not and that was the large size. The Empress tree was a tiny fragile thin tree that looked nothing like the ad, so I asked for two of the other tree I bought. That turned into a nightmare as I need to pay a little extra to do that. They will not tell me how to pay them the difference. Here I sit. There is no phone number that you can call so here I am over a month after the shipment, $274 spent, and nothing to show for it but the money I spent. One day maybe I can get the replacement sent to me. I just have to wait for each painful email to come with partial info that doesn't answer my question.

Never again
August 20, 2021

We got the trees they were fine. Then one by one they began to die off. This was about the time your company contacted me and asked for a review. And that's what I stated. Then they said they would have an arborist contact me. They did. They preceded to ask me about what I had done. I explained I followed the directions given me to the letter and sent photos of the trees, after all I have 400.00 invested in trees. At which point they restated everything I did as if I should have done that, so that confirmed to me I had done everything right. But to further insult me they said that had I contacted them with in a month my trees could have been replaced for free. So for a hundred dollars more, they would give me a warentee til next year. The point elluding this person, was I never contacted the company, you contacted me. Don't ask if you don't want to know. After a month of emails back and forth, telling them all I had done and sending pictures, the arborist said her manager said you could send more trees to replace the dead ones, but I have to pay for shipping. But according to your information sent with the trees, they won't be established before it freezes, they did say I could delay shipping til spring but I've gotten the replacement trees, because I just want to be done with it. I'm not sure what the arborist knows. They never did speculate what happened to 14 of my trees. They were all in the same place, watered the same, same soil, same heat, same rain, same sun, everything. That leads me to believe something was wrong with those trees. The only thing I could have done was to keep track of the trees from the box they were shipped in. Maybe we could have figured out by the box, if it was all the trees in the same box, but I was not that smart. So in short never again!

Healthy trees but shipping dept needs help
August 20, 2021

Order was stuck at FedEx, undeliverable. FedEx was NO help whatsoever, they promised to call back but didn't. I called FastGrowingTrees - that person was extremely polite and helpful. She sent a 2nd shipment which weighed twice as much - leading me to believe 1st shipment only had 1 tree instead of 2.2nd shipment made it to me. Middle of box about to give away. Box needs to be much stronger, either need wood support or much thicker, durable cardboard. 1 tree worth the price, other tree questionable. Both healthy but that other tree is much smaller, thinner. $10 for 2 oz of root rocket seems excessive.

Plants arrived dead-on-arrival
September 17, 2021

I splurged on a Ficus tree - around $120 (can't remember exactly) and it arrived dead. I contacted CS and was told to plant it and try to revive it for 2 weeks. I tried for 3-4 weeks, it didn't make it. So. I had to pay another $15 for shipping for a replacement, which also arrived dead. I'm not even bothering to replace it - i'd rather cut my ties and give up now. BUT i will never make another purchase from you - it's not even worth it.

Satisfied Customer
August 17, 2021

This is the second time I purchase from Fast Growing Trees. This second time around I was trying to purchase a couple of Lemon Trees but every time I went to checkout I'd get a note stating that items couldn't be shipped to Georgia. So I finally called and a representative advise me that the State of Georgia had a ban on any Citrus trees entering the State. Very helpful folks!

Meh
August 18, 2021

If I had seen these plants in person, I would have passed. Two were very small and the bigger ones all had some degree of damage. All the leaves are falling off my olive tree. Hoping to nurse them into something.

Shipping
August 17, 2021

Tree was shipped fast, but it was held up somewhere by FedEx causing a4 day delay. Temps were in triple digits and tree was delivered with all existing leaves black and dead. Still planted tree immediately and fortunately new leaves have started to grow.
