Bought three banana trees when they said they had 4 available. Told me order was confirmed and believed their website that said would usually ships in 1-2 days unless noted. Did not hear anything for over a week so I enquired via email about status of order. Was told that they did not have any of these threes. Requested refund. Refund was given in the next couple days

Lies. Your site is not.up to date. The item purchased was out of stock and never shipped in the promised 24-48 hour window. Two weeks later... not notification was sent. Rep states order is backorder and will ship soon as it gets into stock. How the he'll does the 150$ I spent for a tree help me plant it in "Fall" if all you do is keep my money for a year and send me Zero notification your doing so?

I had a avocado tree that I purchase from you and it didn't make it. I was originally disappointed. I was just going to mark it off as a failed experience. I have planted several fruit trees in the same area and I couldn't understand what happened. Your gardeners suggested maybe over watering which was possible. We were having 100 F weather and I was watering the other trees the same. I decided to call just to see what could be done but not expecting anything. Everyone was outstanding and very helpful. They gave me full credit towards a Lapin Cherry tree and I am hoping for a leaf before winter. The tree was packaged perfectly and I planted it immediately with lots of potting soil in about a 4'x4' dug and treated square. Fingers crossed. Your customer service was outstanding and your gardener's were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend your company to anyone interested in getting full grown trees.

First time buyer. Looking forward to a good experience. Talked with friends who have done business with you and have been satisfied. However, a day before I received my order the thornless blackberries were put on sale two for one. I was given no consideration, not that I should have, but it would have made me think much higher of the company. I received my plants and they were in great condition. Planted them and now anxiously waiting.

I ordered the 10 pack of Green giants. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the FedEx delivery and a tree was severely damaged. I called and let them know. There were no questions asked and they shipped out a new tree. When the tree arrived it was beautiful!

I bought three banana trees and planted them the same day it was delivered. Two days later when planted with fertilizer in the ground all three trees died.

I got the gallon bay leaf tree. It was easy to order and arrived timely and in excellent condition. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the size of the plant but am very pleased with the size. I intend to keep it as a houseplant.

Purchased a tree for a friend whose Mother passed away as a remembrance gift. Why waste the money on flowers that die in less than a week when you can have a tree that lasts for years and years? My friend loved the tree and said it was in wonderful condition when it arrived. My own Mother passed away last month and if you carried Red Bud trees (which hold a special place in our hearts), I would purchase again in a heartbeat.

I received a live snake wrapped around the rose bush. Customer service said "sorry".
