We ordered 2 condo avocado trees and after a week all the leaves had fallen off. They have a humidifier and are in all the right conditions, but still the leaves fell. The customer service was very polite and knowledgeable and assured me it was okay as long as the stalk was still green. They arrived well packaged and quickly. Fingers crossed they live.

This first time order is questionable. I was just going to contact customer service. I followed the directions for potting my tea plants for the winter inside. One is stable and the other plant had tons of blooms but has dropped most of its leaves and appears to be fading fast. Not what I expected. Hope your warranty is good because this was an older plant.
