I ordered two dogwoods. One came perfect. The other had been beaten up a little during shipping. The root ball was disturbed and most of the soil was missing from the pot. I immediately watered it and planted it later that day but am not sure if it's going to make it long term.

Our plants took longer to deliver based on no fault of FGT, but FedEx is having issues. One of them was in pretty rough shape, and they sent a replacement same day without any issue. Great experience!

My Meyer Lemon tree arrived quickly and in good condition. Immediately planted in nice new pot and rich soil. So far, it's doing well in house under some natural sun and day-long grow light. New growth aplenty. Happy with progress, now for some lemons!

The product came broken, sick, and in poor condition. Customer service was better and refunded my money, but after being late put me in a very poor position to find another tree for my husband's memorial service.
