I was greatly disappointed when I ordered and paid for an Italian stone pine tree that was show on their web site. The photos were great. You could get it in two sizes. It had a guarantee that you could purchase for one year. I have been wanting to buy one for some time. I sent purchase order and the money and waited. After awhile I got an Email that it was on back order. I waited, then I got a second Email that that the Italian Stone pine would not be sent as it was no longer being carried. They did refund my money. How can a Company show an item that may or may not be carried? There should be some type of warning that it may not be available.

I ordered a cherry tree and a heritage raspberry. I received a tree as a gift from fastgrowingtrees.com last year and needed a second one for pollination. Since I was very happy with my gifted tree I wanted to use this company again. Customer service was great and helped me pick out a variety that works with my existing cherry. The plants arrived well packaged without any damage and at lightning speed.
After planting I had some questions and even on a Sunday I was able to chat with a representative that gave me great tips to protect my new trees from frost.

Number of shrubs died within months, did not have warranty on them, so I lost approximately $300. Fast Shipping, shrubs packed well. Much pricier than Lowes and Home Depot. Customer service seems good.

Hi. I sent my comment within the 48 hours to alert the folks that my tree had zero live leaves, but no response... I am trying to revive it, but I paid for a 6 foot tree. Had I known it was going to arrive like that, I would have ordered a smaller, less expensive size, and put in the same work. I wasn't expecting my hydrangea to come like the picture, either, but the sparsely leaved "bush" is pretty disappointing. I'll be more than happy to eat my words if these turn out great, but right now, the plants and I are struggling.

I ordered a Pakistani Mulberry tree and was told the Everblooming one was the same thing. It was NOT and ended up being a dwarf ant two foot of the top irreparably broken! SAD!

Plants were not packed with care and some were damaged some not very healthy
I like the products some could be healthier and some could have been packaged better

They arrived. Unfortunately, they were not in the state that I would hope to of received from a citrus tree producer. It's unfortunate that this experience has been so disappointing. Neither the trees nor bushes I got look healthy. They are all rootbound and have holes in most of the leaves. At least 80% of the leaves were damaged with holes or pests damage and broken limbs.

I will not be going through you guys ever again.

The only thing good about this company so far was the customer service and I assume that's because of how bad your trees are on arrival and how horrible the delivery process is.

You really need to look into your delivery process because your drivers do not take care of your plants well enough for them to look good when they get here a week later.

A company is only as strong as its weakest link. Take this as constructive criticism and hopefully, things get better.

Have had great service from FGT but wish they had shipping options other than FedEx. Every shipment has been delayed & several times the trees arrive dead. FGT has been great about sending replacements

So far, I have bought two beautiful plants from the site, both of them arrived in very good condition. The plants were in very healthy state. This is a good were you can buy your plants with confidence.

Some leaves had fallen off in shipping carton. Taped straight staves help to keep trees straight.
Ordering easy; arrived in a timely manner. Though not in your control, shipping box arrived upright, not flat, as clearly stated on box. Trees should be guaranteed through 1st year; you shouldn't have to pay a fee for that guarantee.

Ordered online, received quickly. Did not receive the exact order. I ordered all white and received a red and purple in the order. It's the end of the the season so I don't know how the hydrangeas are going to turn out. So far they look fine.
