Did not receive everything that I had ordered.
Received mere sticks of plants in boxes. Plants were on their sides, the soil was free floating within the boxes. I ate the $600 loss and spent the money at a local nursery, where I got much more mature plants at the same price. I have taken pictures that speak for themselves.
It took one week before arrival. Plants were in poor shape. Needed water. I watered and then planted immediately with extra soil and nourishment
We're so sorry to hear how your plants arrived! We have sent a private message to get some photos so we can take a look and help out!
Plants were small and dried out. Got much better from local nursery for much less.
We're sorry to hear about the concerns with your plants when they arrived! We are reaching out to get some photos so we can assist you further!
Informed website, easy to use and product arrives quick and as expected. Prepped well for shipment and arrived in great condition. Thanks!
The two plants I received were of poor quality. The gardenia was yellow and is needing help to come back to full life. I'm working on that.
The avacado plant had brown fungus and holes eaten in the few leaves it had.

Excellence in customer service and product selection. Love zone information data.
I ordered 6 dwarf bushes and they all looked the same height and good quality. I will use them again for other plants
Trees arrived in very protective boxes. They were in great shape and ready to plant.
Very surprised at quality of the avocado tree and how well it was packaged. I'll be buying more!
I had a good friend pass away in July of 2021... I ordered a tree for him Memorial and was told it would ship in 3 days. It did not ship and the shipping date was postponed again and again... missing the Memorial by months, I finally cancelled the order. Then I could not find the tree and was forced to try FastGrowingTrees again. This time the order was delivered but it cost me an additional $90 for the same tree. Pissed!
We are so sorry for your entire experience! We have reached out privately to help make this right!
This is the first time I've used Fast Growing Trees to purchase a set of 4 fruit trees. I've used other companies for over 20 years to purchase my trees.
Fast Growing Trees are more expensive that other tree companies, but their trees are sent in pots, not dry rootballs or wet wrapped rootballs, and are very, very healthy.
The only two issues I had with my order are that there appear to be deep scars halfway up on two of the trees, halfway up. My husband told me that's a sign of grafts, but I'm not so sure. Also, other tree companies guarantee their trees health/growth for one year, for free, and replace the tree if they die in that period. Fast Growing Trees only guarantees for a short time and charges for additional time. For the much higher cost of these trees, I would hope to have them guaranteed for a year.
I planted them right away, used the Root Rocket on each of them. Hoping to see fruit next year or the following. I will write a follow-up in a year to divulge if either they're not flourishing or healthy and producing.
My tree did not flourish and when I notified them they were very hard to deal with. I learned of a warranty that I apparently needed to buy for my tree which I knew nothing about. In trying to resolve this issue, I was given numerous prices, none of which made any sense. I feel like they tried to squeeze more and more money out of me. It was a frustrating experience. I finally received a replacement for more money and I certainly hope it will flourish in the spring. Ugh
We're so sorry that one of your plants didn't make it! Because there are so many environmental factors that can depend on the livelihood of a plant we offer that 1 year warranty at checkout. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
The top 2 feet of my 7-foot tree was broken off. The box was too short and an attempt was made to bend the tree to fit.

The plants arrived with yellow leaves. Planted them immediately, and the leaves continue to yellow. Doubt they will survive.
The little orange bush shipped super fast and arrived very well packaged. It had little oranges on it and started blooming almost immediately. It looks like a very healthy and happy plant! I will definitely be back for more!
My trees have been delivered in pretty good condition. Two pear trees and on had no ball root. It immediately stated to die. They gladly sent a replacement. I have ordered four cherry trees and one of the trees had no ball root. I have all of them in the house for the winter. We will see if it makes it in the spring.
Very easy to order Fast delivery and trees were in wonderful shape.
The fig tree was not tied well, the small tree and the dirt were all over the box.
The peach tree was in good shape
I have been gardening for 64 years and these were by far the best plants I have ever received, big green healthy, never went limp or lost leaves. Truly spectacular plants. If this company has the plant for which I am looking I will definitely order from Fast Growing Trees!
The ordering process was fine, and the trees were shipped out promptly. Unfortunately, once they got to within a few miles of my home, they sat in the FedEx warehouse for a few days beyond the expected delivery date.
I spoke with FedEx customer service, which was useless.
When I spoke with FGT customer service I was reassured that the trees should be fine even if delayed for a week. (They did arrive 3 days after the expected delivery date).
Because I was near the end of the window for safe planting, I was concerned about delaying getting them into the ground. I was able to purchase a 1 year warranty after the fact, since I would likely not know how they would be until after the winter months.
They have been in the ground now for a few weeks, and seem to be doing well (although, being autumn, it is hard to tell, because the leaves are turning).
I am looking forward to having my own apples in the future.
The only negative about the entire experience was the poor handling by FedEx.
