The first shipment arrived with broken and chewed up leaves but customer service immediately sent a replacement. The 2nd shipment arrived in good condition but the leaves are really dirty. All in all I would buy from them again. The plants are full of life and well groomed.

Two different orders were sent to me but they were memorial gifts to be sent to two different households in the same family. Their mom had died. But both these plants were delivered to me! I reached out to company, the only response was to copy my address and show me. It cost me additional $72 to re-mail them to the correct addresses. Would not advise using this co.

Trees arrived too early for NH. I fear that the corkscrew willow will not survive.

So far, very pleased with our topiary gardenia tree. It arrived in good shape with dozens of buds. Fast shipping! Looking forward to seeing/smelling blooms!

This 2-3' tree was more expensive than most all trees online but it was the variety I wanted.
It came very well packed and healthy with leaves already coming out. All in all- you get what you pay for and this tree was very healthy and in excellent condition.

One of the trees lost its buds before planting but the second one is fine. The one without buds has green stems so I am hopeful.

Product was excellent. They plants are so healthy. They shipped in a timely manor.

I have not received my product yet. I think it had a delayed shipping time due to my growing season, however I am having a lot of trouble finding when it will be shipped. They say to track it on an App, but it has not further information. I tried calling, but there were 20 people in line. I would suggest just including the anticipated shipping date on the receipt, not just the website where the product is ordered.

The 4 shrubs I ordered arrived in excellent condition and as advertised. Very high quality and ready to go into the ground.

THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL PLANTS, A COUPLE OF SCRAWNEY ONES, BUT, OVERALL GOOD. RECEIVED TOO SOON FOR PLANTING, HAD TO KEEP IN THE POTS FOR A FEW WEEKS.

The tree arrived in great condition and it's still doing really well. I went to the local nursery to find some other plants and noticed the same tree for 1/2 the price I paid online. It was also much bigger.

Four dwarf shrubs arrived well packed but turning brown. The viability of the shrubs is yet to be determined.
